Its excellent location in the center of the capital city of Alicante and next to the Playa del Postiguet make this house a great option for your holidays, both for a getaway with friends and family. In addition, it is a good time to walk and forget about the car.

From the terrace you can enjoy wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea and in a few minutes a bath at sunset, on the beach.

The amenities offered by the apartment are very satisfactory, since all the details have been taken into account to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All new and renovated. The apartment has WIFI internet service, and satellite TV with European channels (ASTRA and HOTBIRD) and British channels (BBC, and others)

COCÓ 1: Floor that occupies the 6th floor of the building.

Between the Postiguet beach and Mount Benacantil. The access to Santa Bárbara Castle that dominates Mount Benacantil can be done on foot, although there is quite a gap, and also by elevator. The communications with the commercial center of the city are good, it has an urban bus that leaves to him in the heart of the commercial zone of Alicante or next to the railway station RENFE.

The most emblematic buildings of the city can be visited on foot from the apartment.

For golfers, they can move to the golf course through the TRAM, urban tram. It also has a bus.

To spend a relaxed meal fishing with a rod from the coast you can do it a few meters from the apartment in the Postiguet beach area known as 'El Cocó', where there are rocks and the swimmers are not disturbed.

The nightlife areas are only 15 minutes walk. As well as the CASINO DE ALICANTE, in the port area, about 10

The house is recently renovated in its entirety and decorated with taste. The woodwork and the tonalities of the walls give a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glassware, drums and cutlery. It is very spacious, and has modern appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave, with a large wooden table 2 meters extensible, with capacity for 8 guests. The fridge is combi with three freezer drawers. The gallery has a washing machine and drying rack. The living room has two sofas of three and two seats, bar-bookcase furniture, new LCD TV and split air conditioning cold and heat. The bathrooms are spacious and complete. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, sunny and airy. The mattresses and tapiflex are new. With possibility of parking space.

Five star apartment

If you are looking for a comfortable apartment with high standard, close to the sea and the city center, this is the perfect choice.

The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. A short walk to the beach, the city center and the shopping center Plaza Mar 2, which has a variety of shops and a large supermarket.

Francesc is very helpful and trustworthy.

We had a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend the apartment.

Lovely Apartment, great beach location

My friends and I had a fantastic time in Alicante and the apartment was perfect. The booking process was made easy by Francesc who communicated with me all the way through via email and text.

We were met at the apartment by Francesc who was friendly and very helpful. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and decorated to a high standard.

The listing description was accurate, the beach really was only a 5 minute walk away ! The transfer from the airport was only a 20 minute bus ride, costing 2.5 euros.

I would definitely recommend this apartment for a beach holiday with no need for a car. The customer service was excellent and the apartment was lovely. Thank you Francesc.

Highly Recommended Holiday Apartment

Our stay at Francesc's holiday apartment was that of a comfortable, extremely clean and perfectly located one. Beach less than a two minute walk to the beach the location is ideal for those who want to make the most of the sun and sea. I would say that we were approximately a 10 minute walk to the city center, where the vast majority of the bars and restaurants were, so the location was very central and convenient.

With regards to the apartment itself, I can comfortably say that the state of it was immaculate and to the standard of what you'd expect from a very decent hotel. The toilets and kitchen were spotless and had very modern facilities.

I would highly recommend the apartment and we are already intending to book with Francesc next year as we know what we are paying for and know that we will not be disappointed.

Perfect apartment in Alicante center

This apartment is the perfect rentel apartment. It got a very big and nice balcony, with beautiful view over the beach.

Big rooms and ktichen, with everything you will need also for staying for a longer time.

Francesc the owner, is the most honest and polit person. He was a very big help for us, and very very kind to give us maps, help us with taxi and make our stay the best.

We recommend all who are interested in staying in Alicante this apartment who is loceated in the center of Alicante, that was more then we ever expected.

We would love to come back sometime. Thank you so muck for your kindness Francesc.

It is located in the heart of Alicante 50 meters from the Postiguet Beach. At about 400 m from the Town Hall of Alicante and the historic center of the city, Paseo de la Explanada and marina. The old quarter is made up of the Santa Cruz district, the Santa Bárbara Castle, the Santa María church and the San Nicolás concathedral. Also close to the archaeological museum of the MARQ, Museum of Contemper Art, the Gravina Museum and archaeological remains of the city. No vehicle is necessary to make the visit, simply with a nice walk.

The apartment is very well connected: Towards the Beach of San Juan and El Campello with the tram and buses of line 21 and 22. The FEVE narrow-gauge railway station is just 50 meters away and connects the capital with the coastal towns of the north: Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, Calpe, Teulada-Moraira and Denia.

At about 200 m a shopping center (Plaza Mar 2) with Alcampo, Cinebox and all kinds of shops.
