Between the beach and Mount Postiguet Benacantil. Access to the castle of Santa Barbara overlooking the Monte Benacantil can be done on foot, although there is considerable unevenness, and also lift. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. A short walk to the beach, the city center and the shopping center Plaza Mar 2, which has a variety of shops and a large supermarket.

We were met at the apartment by Francesc who was friendly and very helpful. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and decorated to a high standard.
The listing description was accurate, the beach really was only a 5 minute walk away ! The transfer from the airport was only a 20 minute bus ride, costing 2.5 euros.

Our stay at Francesc's holiday apartment was that of a comfortable, extremely clean and perfectly located one. Beach less than a two minute walk to the beach the location is ideal for those who want to make the most of the sun and sea. I would say that we were approximately a 10 minute walk to the city center, where the vast majority of the bars and restaurants were, so the location was very central and convenient.
With regards to the apartment itself, I can comfortably say that the state of it was immaculate and to the standard of what you'd expect from a very decent hotel. The toilets and kitchen were spotless and had very modern facilities.
I would highly recommend the apartment and we are already intending to book with Francesc next year as we know what we are paying for and know that we will not be disappointed.

This apartment is the perfect rentel apartment. It got a very big and nice balcony, with beautiful view over the beach.
Big rooms and ktichen, with everything you will need also for staying for a longer time.
Francesc the owner, is the most honest and polit person. He was a very big help for us, and very very kind to give us maps, help us with taxi and make our stay the best.
We recommend all who are interested in staying in Alicante this apartment who is loceated in the center of Alicante, that was more then we ever expected.

This apartment is absolutely perfect. It is clean, comfortable, beautiful and, in a great location. Francesc is such a great, honest person and a delight to deal with. We thank him very, very much. We highly recommend this apartment and I would love to stay here again. Alicante is beautiful.

This was a really nice apartment close to the beach and just a short 10 min walk from the promenade. It feels very much like a residential area which is exactly what we were looking for.
All three bedrooms were a good size and the two bathrooms were lovely. There was plenty of space and the layout was really good with 2 bedrooms and the living room facing the sea. There is a busy road not far away but I don't think you would avoid that in Alicante.
If you are a group of friends or a family this apartment is ideal.
There is a large supermarket which is about 10 mins walk away. It is also close to a tram stop.
I would definitely recommend a stay here and the owner was extremely helpful.
It is located in the heart of Alicante at 50 meters from the Playa del Postiguet. Within 400 m of Ayuntamineto of Alicante and historical center of the city, stroll to the Esplanade and Marina. The old town consists of the Santa Cruz, Santa Barbara Castle, the church of Santa Maria and the Cathedral of St. Nicholas. Also close to the archaeological museum MARQ, Contemperáneo Art Museum, the Gravina museum and archaeological remains of the city. No vehicle is necessary for the visit, just a pleasant walk.
The flat is very well connected: Towards the Playa de San Juan and El Campello with tram and bus lines 21 and 22. A mere 50 meters away is the station FEVE narrow gauge railway, which connects the capital with the northern coastal populations: Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, Calpe, Teulada-Moraira and Denia.
About 200 m shopping center (Plaza Mar 2) with Auchan, Cinebox and all kinds of stores.
