***Forget about the British political chaos, come and live in the beautiful mountains and have a holiday away from it all***
**7 kms from the beach, 15 minutes to Marbella and Estepona, mountain walks, tennis, golf, sunning on the roof with a G & T - super relaxing house to holiday in**
*5 star rating on Homeaway - beautiful holiday guaranteed*
This modern townhouse is on the top row of a rather special development called El Casar. It has 4 double bedrooms with large windows - all bedrooms have en suites which include a bath, shower, toilet & bidet. There is also plenty of cupboard space so you don't have to live out of a suitcase.
Three of the bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has 2 single beds. 3 bedrooms have small balconies from which to enjoy the truly amazing view and are found on the 1st floor. The cool 4th bedroom is on the basement level and has it's own patio. With all the bedrooms you can sleep with the french doors open at night, enjoying the night time mountain air.
At the top of the house there is a huge, totally private rooftop terrace with lounge & bar area & unobstructed views of the beautiful mountains. The lounge has 4 recliners, a sofa, a terrace armchair and there is a large parasol for when it gets too hot. In the bar area there is a fridge for cooling your beer, wine and soft drinks. There is a Weber BBQ and plenty of coal and firelighters. Having supper up here - we recommend prawns from Mercadona or Carrefore supermarkets, solomillo of pork, chicken thighs and bbq-ed vegetables. The evenings up here are absolutely stunning as the sky changes colour, the air cools and the mountain is lit up slowly from streets, houses and the stars and moon.
The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, double oven & all the crockery, pots and utensils you'll need. As we are keen cooks, there are lots of useful cooking apparatus & equipment.
The large living room has 3 sets of french doors and picturesque views. There is modern art on the walls and the decor is modern and unique in many ways. There are 2 large sofas to relax on and a smart TV. There is also a glass desk in the corner in case you have to do some work while you're away - or better still, to plan a trip down the coast and find a great restaurant! There is also a formal dining table with 6 chairs,
The large floor to ceiling curtains keep the room cool in the daytime and there are fans downstairs if it gets too hot. The aircon is ok but the moment it is turned off it seems hotter than before so we urge people to cool down naturally - after all you are going to a hot country so enjoy the heat.
There is a cloakroom on this floor & the front door leads to a patio which has a small table & chairs surrounded by plants (we would appreciate you watering them!).
Downstairs in the basement along with the 4th bedroom is the laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer.
In the urbanisation all the 3 beautiful outdoor pools are well maintained and ares urrounded with beautiful Bouganvillia and tendered grass lawns. All have plenty of loungers and chairs and parasol shades..
