The 2 bedroom bungalow was bought and refurbished to a high standard in 2013 and is set in Glampton Holiday Park overlooking the River Dart with all the amenities that Torbay have to offer close at hand either on foot or by car Agatha Christies former home Greenway is just a short walk away from the property. Torquay Paignton Brixham Totnes and Newton Abbott are an easy car ride away and Dartmouth is a lovely ride either by boat from Greenway or train from the top of the road. The site is set in a peaceful location overlooking the river dart and is child and pet friendly. One dog free of charge any extra pets £3.00 per day.

Tidy property in ideal location .

The bungalow was more than adequate for us and our 3 children . Ideal location and within easy travelling distance to attractions in the area . Were able to use the neighboring campsite facilties (Laundrette , childrens play area etc..) . Peaceful location would visit again .

sweet little bungalow

We had a lovely holiday in Brixham and spend a lot of time here every year, We decided to book a bungalow as the time of year can be a bit colder and my partner is disabled, so having a drive and flat access was great. The bungalow itself is very sweet and comfortable. The clean residence was very welcoming and tidy with everything in its place and lots of info to help decide what to do and where to go.

We had a few issues that were sorted by the end of our first week but the property itself was really nice.

The closest beaches to the property are Broadsands and Elberry cove which are 5 mins drive away. The other beaches of Torbay such as Torquay and Paignton are within 20 mins drive.


The nearest airport is Exeter 25 miles, the nearest bus service runs from the top of the village, the nearest mainline train station is Paignton 4 miles away.

The preferable changeover day is Saturday but can be flexible please ring for details. Bookings can be made by contacting the owner either by email or by phone and the availability can be checked on this website.A £100.00 per week deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. 14 days before arrival a REFUNDABLE £100.00 breakages fee is required this is then refunded at the end of your stay as long as the property is left as it was found.

All linens are included (sheets ,towels, bin bags, tea towels and toilet rolls.)

Changeover Day:
Preferably Saturday but can be flexible / Short breaks also available please contact the owner

A £100.00 per week non refundable deposit is required in order to book the property, with the balance due 8 weeks before. If the booking is within 8 weeks the full balance is due at the time of booking. Payments can be made by sending a cheque or paying online.
