Enjoying panoramic sea views and very rare direct views across to the Papagayo beaches this fifty square metre duplex apartment has a private terrace/garden downstairs and balcony off the bedroom upstairs. There is also a well maintained communal pool and gardens. The pool is unheated. Downstairs there is an open plan lounge kitchen. Upstairs there is a Bedroom with balcony and separate bathroom. There is laundry room at the rear with a washing machine.

Perfect Place

Perfect holiday home with some of the best views in Playa (in my view).

Located half a mile walk along the promenade from Marina Rubicon and about the same from the path going to Papagayo beaches.

Well equipped and comfortable we were able to use as a base to explore and also just to sit and enjoy the views. Ample parking either on the street or at its own dedicated space. Two supermarkets and a cafe only a few mins walk away.

Would recommend and will be my first choice accommodation next time we are in Playa.

Can we buy it?!

Lovely front line position overlooking the sea in a quiet area.

We stayed in December and were a bit chilly in bed at night since there was only one blanket on the bed...a spare in a cupboard would be good. We ended up using our beach towels as an extra layer!

Otherwise, all was good -and we would happily buy this duplex or a neighbouring one if it came up for sale -at the right price of course!

Perfect Location with stunning views.

It is a well placed location with access to beaches and a short walk to the marina. The marina has many options for dining and drinks. If you need to access the beach daily it is advisable to hire a car but well worth the effort.

Fantastic views

We had a lovely stay in this villa, it is small but had everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay in Playa Blanca. It's is a lovely quiet, picturesque part of Playa Blanca with plenty of walks either to the Papagayo beaches or to the Marina. Hopefully we'll be back, thank you for letting us stay in your villa.

Location location location!

This is our second time here. The location is perfect for us- views are breathtaking- out to sea and overlooking Papagayo beaches and Fuertaventura, a 2 minute walk to one of the best value and well stocked supermarkets on the island, and a 15 minute stroll to the relaxing yet cosmopolitan Rubicon Marina, with its varied bars and restaurants and the Saturday street market. On arrival, all linen is provided including tea towels and beach towels, and startup essentials (including a nice bottle of red wine) awaited us (a nice touch). The shower is good with ample hot water, and we cooked for ourselves most nights, so although the accommodation is basic, it is perfectly adequate and comfortable. The dishwasher and washing machine were simple to operate and did what they were supposed to! A few more items of crockery and glasses and perhaps a desk or tower fan would have been my only wish-for items. Thanks very much for allowing us to stay in your lovely apartment Roger.

Stunning location and very pleasant accomodation

This is the second time we have stayed in this holiday home. The views are stunning and the location ideal, particularly for those who enjoy walking. The accommodation is comfortable, private and quiet. There is a good supermarket very close and a half mile's delightful walk along the prom takes you to the Marina which has an amazing range of restaurants and bars. Roger, the owner, and the couple who look after the property are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Seafront property. Access to swimming jetty with steps near the apartment.

You can walk or drive west to Playa Dorada (white sand beach in town with all facilities) or walk or drive east to the Papagayo beaches in the nature reserve. Natural Playa las Coloradas is only 3 minutes walk away. It is suitable for sunbathing but not for swimming (underwater rocks).


Car not needed but recommended. 30 min drive from Arrecife airport.

Bus to centre of Playa Blanca. Fast ferry from Playa Blanca to Fuerteventura island (20 minutes).


1 min walk to supermarket and bus stop. 10 mins walk to shops restaurants and market on wed and Sat. in the marina. The house is located in the San Marcial del Rubicon area of Playa Blanca (1 mile west of town centre).

Further Details:

Treat yourself to spa treatment available just five mins walk away at the five star 'Dream Castillo' hotel. Or have a meal in the restaurant of the four star hotel opposite the apartment
