I am a civil engineer and my wife is a teacher. We bought the property with a view to spending time in Cyprus once we retire at the end of 2016.

We viewed about 50 properties and this property just stood head and shoulders above everything else we were shown.
Close enough to coast and amenities but on a quiet street where there is no passing traffic. i.e. away from the madding crowds. The photos say the rest.
We have spent three holidays staying in the property since December 2012.
Very quiet neighbourhood and some nice Tavernas in easy walking distance. Good supermarket about 1 Km away. Close to main road to Coral Bay and Paphos. Peyia close by.
Tavernas, beaches, great walks, wilderness areas all within very easy striking distance by car (or scooter) or in some instances on foot.
Car recommended. A bus service operates from close by to Coral Bay but not often enough to be really useful.
Villa has double glazing throughout keeping it cooler and quieter.

Everything you need! ! Everything you need! From pool to BBQ! Wifi to washing machine! A/C to TV! I spent just over a week here and looked forward to coming 'home' after a busy day exploring Cyprus! Loved Oniro's down the road!

Resturants and Taverna’s: There are numerous restaurants and tavernas all within easy driving range (within 5 Km). Paphos and the surrounding areas within 30 minutes’ drive have a huge selection of resturants representing local and international fare of all types. Cyprus wines are excellent value and quality.Cyprus boasts the oldest known cultivated vineyards in the world. Some vinyards can be visited by arrangement. The local beers (Keo and Carlsberg) are refreshing and affordable.
Sea Caves, Cyprus, is a peaceful, rather exclusive development between Paphos and the wild Akamas Peninsula, which is a haven for walking. The deserted, wind protected areas of the Peninsula seem to be many miles from any civilisation, despite its locality, giving walkers a wonderful sense of peace and calm. There are also excellent coastal walks leading past the front of villas on the beach at Sea Caves, Cyprus, allowing you to walk to Coral Bay via the sea caves which gave the area its name.
Often referred to as the ‘best address in Cyprus’, a villa in Sea Caves has both excellent access to the glorious, golden beaches of the Paphos area, the walking, cycling and riding trails of the Akamas Peninsula and the many attractions of Paphos town. Kato-Paphos is an archaeological dream, with a huge number of important discoveries having been uncovered in the area. The Troodos Mountains, the Tombs of the Kings and Aphrodite’s Rock are all within easy reach and well worth exploring from a villa in Sea Caves.

The coldest month in Cyprus is January, when monthly average temperatures hover around the 10°C mark, with daily peaks pushing up towards 20°C, perfect for exploring the archaeological treasures of Kato-Paphos or the natural treasures of the Akamas Peninsula. During the summer months, temperatures soar, with average monthly temperatures for August reaching as high as 38°C.

Airport pickup from Paphos can be arranged for 35 GBP. A welcome basket can be arranged for 30 GBP.
New arrivals can take occupation from 14h00. Departing guests should vacate the property by 10h00 on the day of departure.
Payment by EFT Bank of Cyprus (Cyprus). Payment via PayPal can also accepted. A deposit of 25% of total amount secures the booking with the balance to be paid at least 30 days before arrival date. A refundable 150 GBP Euro breakage deposit is payable and is part of the total payment.
