Whether you want a base to explore from or a stylish, comfortable retreat to relax in, No. 8 won’t disappoint. In a quiet location only a few minutes’ walk from the bustling streets of St Ives, No. 8 comfortably sleeps six, has stunning views from the top floors and has a lovely south-facing garden – a rarity for St Ives. Within a few minutes’ walk you can be in the centre of the town, viewing the art at Tate St Ives or in the Barbara Hepworth Garden or simply settling onto Porthmeor Beach for a day in the sunshine.

We have recently been awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence due to our great guest reviews and have many guests who stay year after year. We will always do our best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Contact us with your dates and we will be as flexible as we can.

We have three good sized bedrooms - one master bedroom with a king sized bed, a large twin room with spectacular views and a third room with bunk beds. A large family bathroom and a dressing room with plenty of storage space makes this the ideal holiday home for families, friends or couples.

If you are travelling with little ones, then we can help take the hassle out of your packing a little bit. We have:

Hello – we are Ali and Kieran Battles. We live in Bristol with twins, Eleanor and Isaac.

It has always been our dream to own a holiday home in Cornwall and we are finally doing it! We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we fell in love with No.8 the first time we visited. We stayed here for a week in June with our two children (four and one). What a delightful place. The house is so stylish and the best equipped self catering to which I've been. Lots of toys for children and great facilities. Ali was a pleasure to deal with, going above and beyond to help us. St Ives was beautiful (granted it was out of high season) and kids loved the beach which was a short distance away (down a hill but everywhere in St Ives is up or down a hill). Highly recommend.
