Boasting very spacious open plan living space and has been refurbished to an exceptional standard, benefits from high-quality finish and a large terrace with BBQ and outside dining. The apartment also benefits from a comfort cooling/heating system. In addition if you are travelling with a car the building has a secure underground car park with a limited number of spaces.

Perfect to stay with family

Very well located, the apartment has everything you need to have a very confortable stay with family or friends

A few meters away from a convinience store that is well served

At night is a quite place, you can rest without any inconvenient sounds from the sourrondings

Its near Green Park metro station ( seven minute walk) and near Hyde Park

Absolutely WOW !!!

Location … décor … convenience … cleanness … concierge … Wi-Fi … all of these (and everything else) was just perfect.

We (a family of 6 people) stayed there in July and shall definitely return !!!

Really lovely...

We had a large group of friends in the Cotswolds for my 50th birthday. Some of us wanted to finish out our trip to the UK with a few days in London. This flat truly surpassed our expectations. The flat is located in a beautiful building on Hertford Street in the heart of Shepherds Market, Mayfair. The flat is gorgeous with comfortable furniture that is very attractive. Each bedroom is large with ample storage. We would have preferred king-sized beds in each room rather than the queen-sized beds that are there now. And one of the bedrooms has no windows, but to make up for the lack of outdoor light, this particular bedroom has the most amazing bathroom with a lush rain shower. The kitchen is very well appointed and there is a laundry room. The terrace with private gate entrance was wonderful for afternoon drinks and hors d'oeuvres. The flat was cleaned daily by a very nice housekeeper, and the concierge staff were extremely accommodating. The flat is within easy walking distance of Green Park Station on The Tube, shopping in Mayfair, and many of the major tourist attractions such as Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, The Mall, Buckingham Palace, and Hyde Park. I honestly do not think that we could have found a better place to stay in this part of London. Highly recommended without reservation.

Excellent Property, Excellent Location!

Sometimes you think the pictures look better than the place but the pictures don't do this apartment justice! An excellent apartment, in a cracking location 5 minutes away from the Ritz. Shame the weather didn't hold out to use the outdoor BBQ and patio but cant recommend highly enough! Great for a group of friends for a weekend getaway in London. Sarah was really helpful and all very straight forward. Thanks again for a great weekend

Absolutely Fabulous!!!

We had a wonderful weekend stay! We were 6 adults and 1 toddler, plenty of space for all. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. There were plenty of clean towels and hot water. The kitchen was well equipped. WiFi worked well. No complaints at all! The location was perfect, close to the Tube and busses. We visit London frequently and love staying in Mayfair. I wish it had been warmer to enable us to make use of the huge terrace! Next time! With two of our sons joining us we wanted an apartment where we could all stay together and this fit the bill to a tee. Check in and check out was a breeze! Sarah was most accommodating and helpful.

Perfect location in the heart of Shepherd Market, this three-bed apartment was ideal for our weekend stay in London. Five adults had plenty of space in this roomy ' little gem'...

The concierge was on hand for any requests ( or issues if we'd had any)...

So handy for shopping in Mayfair or a stroll up to Oxford Street; for the many bars and restaurants; for a morning run around Hyde Park.

We shall definitely return. Hopefully, next time it may be warm enough to make use of the BBQ?

Number 9, Hertford Street has now been recommended to our friends... Well, maybe not too many!

b). If a booking is made less than six weeks before the commencement of the holiday the full rent is due at the time of booking. EXTERNAL FACTORS The Owners cannot be held to account or be responsible for any holiday fairs, fetes, events or festivals occurring during the letting season, or be responsible for any noise or building works in the vicinity or on neighbouring properties. The Owners cannot be held to account or be responsible for the activity of any wild life that may live in the vicinity.
AMENITIES Whilst representations both written and visual contained on the website and any other advertising matter are made in good faith and carefully scrutinized by the Owners, neither such written or visual representation contained in such publications, nor any verbal representations made by the Owner form part of the Contract.
