This impressive three bedroom apartment (approx 1646 sq ft/ 152 sq m) is situated in the very popular Shepherds Market, very centrally located being a few minutes walk to Park Lane, Piccadilly, Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace.
Boasting very spacious open plan living space and has been refurbished to an exceptional standard, benefits from high-quality finish and a large terrace with BBQ and outside dining. The apartment also benefits from a comfort cooling/heating system. In addition if you are travelling with a car the building has a secure underground car park with a limited number of spaces.
The apartment has a stunning open plan living/dining space 28'x22' and a striking contemporary kitchen and laundry room. Master bedroom with extensive storage space and en suite bathroom. Second equally spacious double bedroom and bathroom, third double bedroom with en suite shower room.
Guests can benefit from the use of the the wireless WIFI, Sky+HD 3D TV, all linens provided, washing machine/dryer, hair-dryer in each bedroom plus Iron/Ironing board.
Our only regret is that we were not in London during warmer weather so that we might have used the gorgeous terrace. The space was generous and nicely decorated with a well-equipped kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. The staff was responsive and friendly and the pre and post customer service was professional, prompt and thorough. I can't say enough good things about this property and hope to return again sooner rather than later.
The apartment was more than we had expected. It was very large, had an outdoor patio with a grill, a very well stocked kitchen, and a full-sized washer and dryer. It is up to date, has lots of closet space, and every TV channel we could wish for. All the necessities for the kitchen (paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc), laundry, and toiletries were provided. The location is perfect: just off Piccadilly Rd, by Green Park. We were walking distance to shopping and museums and the tube stop was 2 blocks away. There are several pubs in the neighborhood and we went to The Piccolo Bar, 15 Shepherd St, Mayfair, nearly every morning for great breakfast sandwiches. The owner and the concierges provided great customer service whenever we needed anything. We will definitely return!
We were a party of 8 adults who stayed 2 nights. The apartment was stunning. I would highly recommend this apartment if you want a great location to explore the sights of London. An apartment is so much nicer than a hotel if going away with friends or family. The dining/lounge area is within the same room making it more informal and socialable.

Location … décor … convenience … cleanness … concierge … Wi-Fi … all of these (and everything else) was just perfect.

We had a large group of friends in the Cotswolds for my 50th birthday. Some of us wanted to finish out our trip to the UK with a few days in London. This flat truly surpassed our expectations. The flat is located in a beautiful building on Hertford Street in the heart of Shepherds Market, Mayfair. The flat is gorgeous with comfortable furniture that is very attractive. Each bedroom is large with ample storage. We would have preferred king-sized beds in each room rather than the queen-sized beds that are there now. And one of the bedrooms has no windows, but to make up for the lack of outdoor light, this particular bedroom has the most amazing bathroom with a lush rain shower. The kitchen is very well appointed and there is a laundry room. The terrace with private gate entrance was wonderful for afternoon drinks and hors d'oeuvres. The flat was cleaned daily by a very nice housekeeper, and the concierge staff were extremely accommodating. The flat is within easy walking distance of Green Park Station on The Tube, shopping in Mayfair, and many of the major tourist attractions such as Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, The Mall, Buckingham Palace, and Hyde Park. I honestly do not think that we could have found a better place to stay in this part of London. Highly recommended without reservation.

The apartment is located in a fashionable area called Shepherds Market. It is a small collection of streets, one pedestrian, that has pubs, cafés, restaurants and boutique shops plus a number of mini-supermarkets.

CANCELLATION The Owner is unable to provide Cancellation Insurance and it is not included in the rental.
a). We strongly recommend that Holiday Cancellation Insurance is taken out independently as deposits are non-refundable and the balance remains payable on the due date. If however, the cancelled week is re-let by the Owner, all monies paid, less the deposit will be refunded.
b). If for reasons beyond their control the Owner has to cancel or alter arrangements made for the Guest the Owner will refund all monies paid by the Guest, where upon the Owner's liability will cease.
FINAL PAYMENT Final payment set out in the Booking Form is due seven days before a holiday commences and this is shown as the due date in the Acceptance Letter. No further reminders will be sent.
a). Non-payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and the Guest’s initial payment will be forfeit. The Owner will then seek to re-let the property without further reference to the Guest.
b). If a booking is made less than six weeks before the commencement of the holiday the full rent is due at the time of booking. EXTERNAL FACTORS The Owners cannot be held to account or be responsible for any holiday fairs, fetes, events or festivals occurring during the letting season, or be responsible for any noise or building works in the vicinity or on neighbouring properties. The Owners cannot be held to account or be responsible for the activity of any wild life that may live in the vicinity.
AMENITIES Whilst representations both written and visual contained on the website and any other advertising matter are made in good faith and carefully scrutinized by the Owners, neither such written or visual representation contained in such publications, nor any verbal representations made by the Owner form part of the Contract. No warranty or representation is given as to the state of the property. The use of amenities provided by the Owner must be used safely and responsibly by the Guests.
