Perfect in every way and great location

  • 5 of 5

This is a very comfortable accommodation right in the heart of Swanage. We particularly liked the large kitchen with all the mod cons, including two fridge freezers, not that we actually used both. There was nothing lacking here, including TVs in all the rooms and Sky channels. The house has been tastefully decorated and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The balcony with furniture was a nice touch. This is definitely where we will stay if we come to Swanage again which is very likely.

Great family home in the heart of Swanage

  • 5 of 5

Our third family visit and we are booked for next year. A true home from home, immaculately clean as always, equiped with everything you need. We even did a full Sunday roast. A very relaxing spot despite being close to the centre of Swanage. The addition of Sky Q with all the channels was a great bonus this year. To sit on the balcony with an ice cold drink and watch the world go by is great in an evening. We always find something different to do each year but to be able to forget the car and just walk everywhere is a bonus. I can't recommend this home highly enough for a family holiday in a coastal location that has so much to offer.

Spacious, clean and comfortable property in a good location

  • 5 of 5

We had our own parking space which was a bonus as parking is very expensive within the town. We had a lovely welcome bottle of Prosecco as well as biscuits and jam. The kitchen Diner is well equipped and makes a lovely social space. There was plenty of seating in the lounge and Satellite TV,s in both kitchen and lounge to enjoy. The Twin bedroom was spacious and there were french doors leading to a small seating area where facilities for a barbecue were provided. The double bedroom was small and had no wardrobe, however there was enough wardrobe space provided in the twin bedroom to share. There are lots of great walks on your doorstep and we found we didn't use the car that much. The beach was 5 minutes walk away and we had a good choice of places to eat in the town. Swanage is a lovely area to explore and we would definitely return again to Sunny Banks.

Very Clean, well situated and fit for purpose.

  • 5 of 5

Although a short steep walk from the town and seafront it was well situated and very convenient. The property was well equipt. We had a brilliant holiday, visiting; Corfe Castle (on the steam train), Kimmeridge, Chapmans Pool, Model village, Durstone Castle and Swanage beach. Weather was fantastic.

Fantastic location

  • 5 of 5

The location of this cottage must surely be its unique selling point! Just a short walk from the beach and shops; it was brilliant for days at the beach when you want to take a million items with you. We could pop back easily if we needed to. Despite its close proximity to town, it is very quiet and we had really good sleeps here. The cottage is very well kitted out and has everything you could need and is finished to high standard throughout. The deck is fab, a real asset, and we spent lots of time up there reading, eating and sunbathing. Lastly, the cottage has its own parking spot which is brilliant as parking in Swanage is so hard to find, so if you go out for the day you don't have to worry about parking when you get home late! Sunnybank is a great find and we hope to return.
