Se realizará un pago del 25% del importe de la estancia, en concepto de reserva, el cual NO será devuelto en caso de anulación de la misma, aunque es posible cambiar de fecha y apartamento, durante la temporada actual si existiese disponibilidad, para no perder el importe de reserva abonado.
Posibilidad de alquilar cuna, solicitar disponibilidad (Suplemento adicional de 5 Euros/día)

Horario de Entrada de 17:00h. a 20:00h. Existe la posibilidad de entrar al apartamento entre las 14:00h. y las 15:00h., si éste estuviera ya preparado. Confirmar previamente dicha posibilidad.

Horario de Salida de 9:00h a 11:00h. Salidas posteriores a las 11:30h., con hora tope de salida 12:00h., tendrán un suplemento de 30 Euros.

Llegadas de 21:00h. a 24:00h. Suplemento de 30 Euros.
Llegadas de 24:00h. a 09:00h. Suplemento de 50 Euros.

Estancia mínima: 4 noches en Puentes, 5 noches en Semana Santa.

Suplemento de Corta Estancia: Apartamentos 1 Dormitorio 50 Euros, 2 Dormitorios 60 Euros y 3 Dormitorios 70 Euros.
El Apartamento se devolverá en un estado de limpieza de uso normal. Si fuese necesaria una limpieza extra o especial, se descontarán 50 Euros de la fianza para realizar dicha limpieza.

En ningún caso se podrá sobrepasar la cantidad de ocupación de personas máximas, asignadas a cada apartamento. (2/3 personas en Estudios, 2/4 personas para 1 Dormitorio, 4/6 personas para 2 Dormitorios y 6/8 para 3 Dormitorios)
