We have enjoyed coming to Lanzarote for around 10 years and bought the apartment in 2011. It was already well furnished when we took it on but we have been adding a few upgrades every time we come over.

If you want to relax by the pool, stroll along the prom, people watch in cafes - ideal. If cycling every day, snorkeling or surfing is for you, this is a great base. Architecture or national park sight-seeing, that's here as well. Combine that with the brilliant climate and you will be back too!

“Beautiful decor, a well cared for apartment. The apartment has everything you need towels, hair dyer, fridge, freezer etc plus a lovely private terrace where you can sit & sip your gin & tonic. Within 2 mins walk is a very good local supermarket which sells fresh bread, fruit and all other supplies for your stay. There are a number of places to eat out close to the apartment - Scosolitos (small resturant) on the complex and the Cavern (pub, with good home cooked food) just a few mins walk away were are favourites. We will recommend this apartment to all our family and friends.”

Outside: The grounds are well looked after and add to the tranquil atmosphere. There are 3 shared pools, the smaller of which is heated. Sun loungers and showers are provided at poolside. There is a pool and cafe bar on the complex and delightful Italian restaurant. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels, tea cloths and bed linen are included and will be changed weekly. The property is cleaned to prepare for guests. Other: The apartment has its own private terrace which benefits from the sun most of the day. This has dining furniture for 4 people and space to sit/lounge. No smoking in the apartment only on the terrace.

Lovely! Perfect location with lots around it!

I and my boyfriend went to this apartment for one week and had a fabulous time. It's right by the sea and lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. If you come out of the apartment and turn right and follow that road along you will find loads more shops, bars, restaurants and even a sandy beach! Definitely would recommend - a lovely place to stay.

Had a great holiday here in a lovely apartment with everything you could want to have a fantastic holiday. The apartment has everything you need plus the main British TV Channels. The site is one of the top places in CT with superb pools and just a 10 minute walk into the main area of town. If you don't fancy the walk there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, with Nina's being our favourite.

Lovely clean apartment in a great location, everything you need for a great stay!

My wife and I had a great stay in this beautiful apartment set in a fantastic complex, lovely pool with a nice pool bar where you can cool off with a large beer! Only 20mins from airport (€23) supermarket just across the road where you can stock up on everything you need. We'll definitely be back!

Great one bedroom apartment in ideal location.

After a pretty hectic spell my wife & I were looking for somewhere to relax. This place ticked every box. Situated in a spotlessly clean complex it has many bars & restaurants on your doorstep. Information sent by the owner prior to arrival made it seemless when we got there. It had everything we needed. Bedroom has a comfortable double bed and enough cupboard space. Included is a safe for your valuables. The living area was very spacious leading out to a reasonable sized veranda. As we went in February the sun was hitting the veranda in the morning & stayed there until about 2pm. You are just a very short walk to a stunning pool area with plenty of beds. This was quiet all week with most people happy just to sit in their own balcony's. You have plenty bars/restaurants on your doorstep but Costa Teguise is only a short walk along the sea front. We loved it & will definitely be back.

Great Holiday

This is the second time we have been to this apartment it is very close to all amenities on a great complex and it has everything you need

3 minutes walk to beach, 15minutes drive from airport in Arrecife. No car hire required. Taxi rank and bus stop adjacent to complex. Good value car rentals if desired.


2 minutes to food shops and cafes, 3 minutes walk to beach, 15 minutes walk into main resort.

10 minutes bus/car ride into Arrecife.
