This property is situated in the heart of the popular Berwickshire seaside town of Eyemouth, within a short walk to the Beach, Harbour, Shops and restaurants. This most deceptive Victorian Merchants town house offers comfortable well set out accommodation over two floors, comprising of one large double bedroom with en-suite, fully fitted kitchen, spacious living room, bathroom, full double glazing and gas central heating throughout.It has its own private street level entrance leading to the first floor landing. Doors at this level lead to the front lounge overlooking the Market Place and the Wynds used by smugglers of the past, the kitchen to the rear and the 1st Floor Shower room. From the first floor landing another flight of stairs lead to the large double Bedroom, with en-suite WC for convenience.Gas Central Heating ensures that it is cozy all year round. THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NON SMOKING. Parking in the front allows 45 minutes to unload at Front Door and there is unrestricted Parking at the rear for residents.This accommodation would ideally suit those looking for a quiet stay within short walking distance of all amenities. For those who enjoy walking the Coastal walk starts within 50 meters of Market View and leads to Burnmouth to the South or St Abbs and Pease Bay to the North.There is a links 18 hole golf course is just a short walk away within 0.5 mile which admits non members for a small fee and offers restaurant facilities overlooking the sea.Those more adventurous may prefer to Dive with the local diving companies on the harbor. Local interests nearby are to be found in the Historic walled Border town of Berwick upon Tweed or inland at the numerous castles that surround the area on both sides of the Border.The local restaurants reflect the catches of the day being landed at the nearby Harbor, and the Museums located in the Old Kirk, Harbor and Gunsgreen tell the story of the past.

excellent appartment in ideal location

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 day stay in the excellent appartment, ideally located in the centre of town, close to the harbour.

The flat was well appointed and clean, and was in every way perfect for our needs. Lovely couple who owned it were very kind and attentive and we could not have wished for a more pleasant break.

Lovely spacious, well equipped apartment in the centre of Eyemouth,

We had a brilliant holiday here, using Eyemouth as a base to explore the Borders. We visited castles, mansions, and did a coastal walk from Eyemouth to St Abbs. The flat was very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. The owners were very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend .

Excellent location, well appointed apartment in the middle of town.

Had a lovely chilled our break in Eyemouth and surrounding area using 'Market View' as a base. The apartment is in the middle of everything Eyemouth has to offer and includes a modern kitchen and shower room plus a handy on suite toilet along with large lIvinghoe room and large bedoom. If your a towny like me then Eyemouth and area is a good laid back change of pace in which to relax and take in the scenery. Would definitely recommend.
