Our apartment is very quiet, bright and not overlooked.

It is located just 400 meters from the Chamonix-Planpraz ski lift, 600 meters from the ski school and a few minutes walk from Chamonix town center.

The nearest bus stop is "Les Pecles - Moussoux" http: // chamonix. montblancbus. com / en / network bus # / busstop les-Pècles Moussoux-SNCF /

The Moussoux train station is 12 minutes walk and the bus stops that serve the ski lifts a few minutes walk.

F3 on 2 floors, with an area of ​​85 m2, it is located at the end of a dead end, in the popular district of Moussoux. It has a beautiful terrace, a closed garage in the basement and quiet parking with places always available.

Skiing, hiking, climbing, biking, snowshoeing, shopping, walks, swimming pool, ice rink, golf, tennis ... everything is done in a few minutes on foot or by bike.

Come and enjoy in all seasons its many advantages: comfort, quiet reading, relaxing on the terrace, superb panoramic views of the mountains, Mont Blanc included, meals with family or friends, evenings squeegees away from looks and cold ...

Stay here! Perfect in every way!!

Our family of 5 (all adults) stayed in this beautiful apartment over Christmas. It was absolutely perfect - very roomy inside, very close to the ski lift and Chamonix center, gorgeous morning views of the mountains. There is one bedroom downstairs en suite. There is a bedroom and a loft upstairs with a bathroom in the hallway. All the beds were comfortable and hot water was in abundance.

To be noted - due to codes fireplace was nonworking which was perfectly fine. We all thought the floors must have radiant heat, since the floors were never cold. Even though there is no wifi the cellular service is outstanding; we would just use our cellular hot spot for the few times we needed internet.

I can not end this review without saying a few words about the owner and the property manager. Florence and Jean Louis, thank you for always getting back with me promptly about my questions. Thank you for going out of your way to help us. We appreciate all your assistance. We all look forward to a return trip to Chamonix.

What a View!!

This was a lovely experience for us. The apartment was well equipped, in a great location (5 min walk to town) and had the best view we could have hoped for! The beds were comfortable and with 2 bathrooms, there is enough space for a larger family or more. Everything was well communicated and it made for a very informative stay. The parking inside the building was especially nice as we stayed in winter.

Excellent holiday venue

We were delighted with the accommodation. As advertised the accommodation is in a very quiet location but very close to the centre of Chamonix. Excellent access to Planpraz uplift and Galliandes Crag with great views of Mont Blanc and the Bossons Glacier. Fully equipped kitchen with airy and spacious living accommodation. We will definitely return.
