The modern and contemporary kitchen, with slate tiles and granite surfaces, serves the lounge and dining room, plus a sliding door to garden for your BBQ'ing needs. This is a well-equipped space with a dedicated wine fridge in addition to an American double fridge and freezer. There is a dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils (including crockery for the children) you may require as well as a double oven, kettle, 4-slice toaster and hob with extractor fan. Bedroom 3, the large master bedroom with king-sized bed and sky windows offers spectacular views overlooking the garden and hills beyond. A large chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and lamps are provided.
Bedroom 4 has a large double bed and is approached from the landing upstairs, very beautifully decorated with solid wood furnishings in the form of a chest of drawers and wardrobe as well as a full-length mirror and side tables with lamps.
Bedroom 5 is another very spacious bedroom with twin beds, 32" TV with PlayStation 2 (and 3) consoles and dramatic country views
There is a modern shower room with WC and hand basin downstairs. The upstairs family bathroom, with slate flooring has a bath and shower over, WC and hand basin and heated towel rail. A further shower room is adjacent to the kitchen and can be accessed from outside to wash of the sand from a fabulous day at the beach.
From the conservatory, step into the very large enclosed garden with endless country views. A bubbling brook runs the length of the garden (protected by a wooden fence for the little ones) and the the rear of the garden a decked area with outdoor furniture is in place for an al-fresco meal, or quieter moments,overlooking the land. A built-in brick BBQ on a separate patio area makes this the perfect entertainment home. The addition of the private hot tub adds a touch of luxury and relaxation to this already fabulous home.
