Our upscale, 4,400 sq. ft. house was specifically designed for the multi-family vacationer. Our private property features a floor plan with six bedrooms and six bathrooms, including two grand master bedrooms on the top floor with king beds. The bottom floor features a third master bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom; furthermore, two additional bedrooms with queen beds share a large separate bathroom. Finally, a sixth bedroom with twin beds sits adjacent to the upstairs blue grand master bedroom; it also has a separate bathroom and is ideal for singles or attending to children.

FEATURES: The large gourmet kitchen comes equipped with professional grade appliances, fine granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets; plus, it is stocked with cookware for the culinary enthusiast. The adjoining dining area and great room showcase hardwood floors, expansive ceilings, fireplace and wide screen TV to create an all-inclusive festive setting. A large loft with wireless internet access overlooks the great room with a view of the luscious Park City mountainside. The lower level game room features a Shuffleboard Table, HD flat screen TV with DirecTV, surround sound plus iPod and video game ports, providing an escape for children or adult festivities. The two-car garage with ski and snowboard racks opens into a convenient ski prep room. A private back deck with Hot Tub and natural gas BBQ grill resides against the quiet countryside. Great setting for couples and families with children, or professional groups looking for balance between the comforts of a luxurious modern home and the rustic nature of a mountainous retreat.

LOCATION: The private spacious home is located three blocks from Park City's Main Street, where world-class galleries, shops and restaurants fill the historic silver mining town; furthermore, the free Park City Trolley transports skiers and visitors to the Park City Mountain Resort and Town Lift, while on the flip side of our canyon home rests the #1 rated Deer Valley Ski Resort.

About The Owner

Our home is our great vacation stop in the Rocky Mountains. After years of searching for the ideal home in Park City, we finally realized it was better to build a six bedroom, custom vacation home. Hours of research were invested for our comfort and convenience and returning guests share our view--we can only hope you find the time to experience our home.

We specifically designed our six bedroom vacation home for large groups and multi-families to provide guests with a private setting walking distance to town.

What makes this house unique

The home is a convenient walk to the world class shops, restaurants and galleries on Main Street; plus, skiers and snowboarders will appreciate the short walk to the free shuttle to the Park City Resort. Summer hikers will also appreciate the nearby trailhead to hike deep into the Wasatch Mountains.

Perfect house, ideal location

Our extended family spent a wonderful week at this property and we're thrilled with the house, the location, and the town. The home is situated on a street within walking distance (downhill) to Main Street where the shops and restaurants are located. The uphill side dead ends into a canyon where we went on snowshoe adventures and the kids spent hours exploring and sledding. This was the best think about the location. No cars driving by! Parking is limited in the area, but two cars fit in the garage and two more can fit on the driveway. These bonus features alone were enough to attract us to the house, yet we were also thrilled to have a well kept home with comfortable beds and furniture and a large kitchen that opened into the family room so the entire group could cook and eat and visit together. When the kids got too loud, they escaped outside or to the game room downstairs. Three bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs gave us privacy and separation as desired for the family groups while the main floor was the gathering spot. The upstairs landing was an additional retreat where the young adults loved to visit next to the wifi router.

We had Savory catering three nights for dinner and loved every meal, but the kitchen was well stocked and cooking was easy.

We had one car (large SUV) for the group and the others took shuttles from the airport. This was ideal because we used the car to get to the ski lifts, ski rentals and grocery store but otherwise stayed around the house. Town lift was three minutes from the house and kids loved going to the slopes from town to avoid the congestion at the base on the resort.

Kids loved the hot tub in the backyard. The hillside is your back door neighbor so privacy is a plus.

Nights were silent with no noise from any bars or neighbors and that was a nice surprise for a resort town.

I can't imagine a better house for a family reunion trip.

Annual ski trip

My friends and I stayed in this lovely home for a week this year for our annual ski trip. It was fantastic and mets our needs perfectly. We slept all 12 of us comfortably and had all the bathrooms and living space you could ask for. The kitchen is amazing and a great gathering spot to brag about our ski exploits for the day or to show off our purchases from a shopping expedition. The hot tub is a huge plus as it allowed us to unwind together while we eased our tired muscles. The location is very quiet and we frequently walked to and from town. My wife and I had a master suite and the jacuzzi tub was an excellent to get cleaned up. The beds were very comfortable even for my wife who has had back surgery. We would definitely stay there again. The location is very convenient to Park City's shops and restaurants.

Nice house but no compensation for no TV and non functioning hot tub.

The house was fine, however neither the hot tub or the TV worked on arrival. Got the TV working after 48 hours (of only a 4 day stay), but never got the hot tub working which was very disappointing. We understand these things happen and Rich did his best to try to remedy the problems. However, when I requested a financial compensation he never responded. Also, the walk to main street is quite a haul on a steep street, especially challenging in winter. We ended up just driving into town.

Owner's Response: A massive snow storm hit Park City during the guest's stay and disrupted service along with hundreds of other homes in the Park City area. When the guest notified us of the interruption, we immediately contacted the provider and service was restored the same day. Although we strive to provide excellent service, nature always has its say. We keep all reviews to assure visitors they can gather fair and reliable info. We are one of the first vacation homes in "Old Town" Park City to list with VRBO and are committed to provide our guests with a wonderful stay.

Vacation for 3+ families with ample room, upgraded house in excellent location

I have been to Park City 8 times to ski with friends and family, staying at different places we try out each time. This place is by far the best place I have stayed in. Excellent location at the top of main street with walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars. Easy walk to buses to get to Park City and Deer Valley resorts. The inside of the house is all upgraded, well furnished, spacious bedrooms, 3 master suites with bathrooms in each one, large bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, jacuzzi in backyard, huge tv and game room downstairs for kids and lts. Large loft upstairs if needed. Overall, just an awesome house that we loved renting with plenty of space to share with family and friends. We will try to stay here every time we visit Park City.

Ski Vacation for Three Families

What an amazing home IN Park City!! The place is still fresh in my mind after our ski trip this past February. It is even more spacious than the pictures show because the master bedrooms feel like suites. The décor was very well thought out and themed for rooms. The furnishings appeared to be all in good conditions and linens were luxurious. The large gourmet kitchen had all the modern conveniences you would expect in a luxury home. There was more than enough space for our group of 12 who found this property with the comforts of home. There was plenty of parking for our four cars. The setting outside the home was mountain picture perfect! We felt very safe in this gem that is located very close Main Street. I didn’t ski every day so it was a treat to walk to “Old Town” shops. Markets and restaurants were also convenient to find. The owner of the home was wonderful to work with and was prompt to reply to our trivial questions

Park City Escapes is a great property

Our stay in the last week of March 2016 in Park City was made much nicer by this spacious home just a ten minute walk to main st. Six bedrooms were perfect for my wife and I, two children and their spouses and five grandchildren. The perfectly supplied kitchen and ample eating areas allowed family dinners at night and breakfast in the morning to be great time together. I barbequed two nights on the grill, and the hot tub was enjoyed by all under the snow covered hill in the back of the house outside the living area. The oldest grandsons and the adults enjoyed shuffle board in the downstairs game/movie room, while the laundry area with two washers and dryers were used almost daily. The ski/mud room off the garage is quite large and allows easy movement to the cars and slopes. The minor issues I had (setting the hot tub temps) were quickly responded to by the owners, who clearly want their guests to enjoy the time in their home. It is a superb home and property with very nice furnishings and we look forward to further vacations at Park City Escapes
