Our upscale, 4,400+ sq. ft. house was specifically designed for the multi-family vacationer. Our private property features a floor plan with six bedrooms and six bathrooms, including two grand master bedrooms on the top floor with king beds. The bottom floor features a third master bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom; furthermore, two additional bedrooms with queen beds share a large separate bathroom. Finally, a sixth bedroom with twin beds sits adjacent to the upstairs blue grand master bedroom; it also has a separate bathroom and is ideal for singles or attending to children. FEATURES: The large gourmet kitchen comes equipped with professional grade appliances, fine granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets; plus, it is stocked with cookware for the culinary enthusiast. The adjoining dining area and great room showcase hardwood floors, expansive ceilings, fireplace and wide screen TV to create an all-inclusive festive setting. A large loft with wireless internet access overlooks the great room with a view of the luscious Park City mountainside. The lower level game room features a Shuffleboard Table, HD flat screen TV with DirecTV, surround sound plus iPod and video game ports, providing an escape for children or adult festivities. The two-car garage with ski and snowboard racks opens into a convenient ski prep room. A private back deck with Hot Tub and natural gas BBQ grill resides against the quiet countryside. Our home is our great vacation stop to enjoy the spectaculor Rocky Mountains. After years of searching for the ideal home in Park City, we finally realized it was better to build a six bedroom, custom vacation home. Hours of research were invested for our comfort and convenience and returning guests share our view--we can only hope you find the time to experience our home.

We specifically designed our six bedroom vacation home for large groups and multi-families to provide guests with a private setting walking distance to town.

What makes this house unique

The home is a convenient walk to the world class shops, restaurants and galleries on Main Street; plus, skiers, snowboarders and mountain bike riders will appreciate the short walk to the free shuttle to around town and to the Park City Resort. Summer hikers will also appreciate the trailhead located one block away from front door to hike the rim of "Old Town."

Massive Home for "Old Town" and Short Walk to Town

What a great find for our group! After years of traveling to Park City and seeing rooms the size of closets, it was a pleasant surprise to finally vacation in Park City where we could walk to Main Street. Two of the three bedrooms are big as suites, and the other three bedrooms are abundantly spacious. The sixth bedroom works better for children or young adults. The living room, kitchen and dining area open into a family area larger than my entire New York apartment. We used the hot tub and back deck grill where pine trees are an arms length away. It was important for us to find a spacious clean home where we could walk to town, and this property met all of those needs. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there was even a hi-chair and crib. The owners were also helpful and very responsive.

Beautiful home in fantastic location

I recently stayed at this property with a big group, including some small children. It was perfect!! The home is very spacious and well-laid out for groups, with lots of beds, baths, and privacy. The kitchen and main living room are a great place for gathering, and really lend themselves well to hosting a big group. The kitchen is very well-stocked, and we cooked some great meals while relaxing together. The hot tub is also right outside the back door, and a perfect place to unwind! The home is really conveniently located just up Main St -- very accessible to the shops and restaurants downtown, and easy to get to the Park City Main St lifts. Rick and Carol were very communicative and very responsive to our questions and requests. It was a pleasure to work with them, and we hope to return again!

Great house in Old Town

We stayed here for some spring skiing at Park City and Canyons. The house is very convenient to both mountains as well as the nightlife on Main Street. The house is very clean, well maintained, and spacious. It was exactly what we were looking for!

Great house, owners and location!

Our 2 families of 5 had a great stay for 4 nights. With 4 great days of skiing, it was very easy to get to the slopes at the main lodge and also a short walk to shops, restaurants or the free trolley. The house is quite comfortable, spacious and nicely appointed. We had excellent communication with the owners and would definitely stay here again.

The house is very spacious, comfortable and well located

Our group was 4 adults and 5 children and it fully met our needs. Location is near to Main Street, and we drove to Deer Valley for skiing. We did not figure out the bus system for getting to and from the slopes, but I am sure it can be done. The owners, Rick and Carol, were great in giving us tips on restaurants and responding to every question we had. One piece of advise is to make your restaurant reservations well in advance , especially if you are going to be in a busy period.. We did not do that and had difficulty getting dinner reservations.

Beautiful home located close to city proper

Upon arriving we had no clue what to expect. Pictures on a website can be, lets say deceiving. When we got inside the place just opened up in front of us. My wife and I were amazed. The pictures did not do this place justice. Looking at it from outside you would not expect the open space and beautiful decor that awaits inside.

Six beautiful bedrooms and baths, all completely well cared for and clean. The huge kitchen has whatever you could ask for. A gas BBQ sits on the deck in the backyard next to the large hot tub, waiting to cook those thick fillets and grill some veggies. Everything worked as advertised and was well stocked. A short walk to main street, and all Park City has to offer completes this terrific house and its location. A great place to stay while enjoying Park City.
