D'Urberville Drive is a very peaceful location which allows easy access to the beach and town centre. Our home has a newly fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and furnished throughout to a high standard. The garage can be used for storage of bikes. Off road parking for 3 cars. A short walk takes you down to the sandy beach, tennis courts, town centre with the Victorian pier, boat trips, restaurants, supermarkets and pubs. Swanage has over a mile of sandy beach with the lovely National Trust beach of Studland Bay only a few miles away by bus or car. Attractions include the Steam train rides to historic Corfe Castle, childrens adventure farm. Our home is a perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Dorset's many attractions or from your lazy days on the sandy beaches. Garden and beach toys, adult and child board games and books for rainy days are all supplied.
I grew up in Swanage and spent many happy times at this house with my family. Now we as a family have many enjoyable times with my young son who is nearly 6. The garden is enclosed and safe for children to crawl, walk and play. We live in Poole and we really do love the Dorset area. We enjoy our time in Swanage, we take lots of walks and enjoy the beach, we feel very much at home here, we do hope our visitors will feel the same. Located in a peaceful residential area, only a short stroll to the local sandy beach, play areas, tennis courts, town centre or local pub. We have been very fortunate that our previous visitors have re-booked for 2016/2017 to stay in our lovely home.

Location. Great for the whole family living on one floor, enclosed garden, very quiet area. Close to all your needs, beaches, shopping, eating, bus stops. Off road parking. Order your food, we will put this away ready for your arrival, you can drop your bags and head out and about and with the arrival time of 2pm you do not lose the whole day.
£100 deposit will secure your holiday, balance 8 weeks prior to arrival with a £100 security deposit. Payment via cheque, bank transfer or paypal.

This is our home and we hope our guests feel very much at home although on holiday in this very quiet area with the choice of many activities all within easy walking distance. Tennis courts, bowling green, putting green, play parks and of course the beautiful beach.
Also located to easy bus routes for the beautiful Jurassic Coast.
This is a lovely spacious bungalow and is great for children and grandparents alike as no stairs and easy access to all the rooms and garden, bbq for those quiet evenings relaxing in the garden.
Hi speed broadband Wi fi for those that need to keep in touch at work also provided.
Great bungalow, ideal for a family holiday. It is situated in a very quiet and peaceful part of Swanage only a short stroll away from the lovely beach. Three generations of our family were well catered for, comfortable beds, plenty of fluffy towels and a well equipped kitchen, also plenty of toys, games and puzzles for the little ones. Lots of communication with the owner who was more than helpful at all times. We had a great holiday, as Sonia said the sun always shines in Swanage! Thank you
Our holiday at the Bungalow has been extremely comfortable. A good nights sleep in nice crisp linen. Beautiful white towels and tea towels. Lovely and clean a feeling of home from home. The kitchen is very well equipped. The owners are friendly and accommodating and have made our stay pleasureable. We will certainly recommend your Bungalow to our friends and family. Both the adventure farms have indoor play areas for rainy days and I can personally recommend both.
Shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, galleries, chocolate shop, small cinema and theatre, are all available in Swanage town centre, a 10 minute walk away.
Swanage has a Co-Op and Budgens, Butchers, Bakery however does not have a superstore.
Should you wish to order your shopping on-line from your favourite supermarket, arrange for a drop between 10am-2pm and we will pack this away for you, just let us know.

|Refundable damage deposit||$125|
A non-refundable £100 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your stay. An additional £100 damages deposit is also requested with your balance which is fully refundable as long as no damage is incurred during your stay.
As we are local, should the kettle/toaster breakdown, inform us and this will be replaced same day. Any issues with the property if brought to our attention will be dealt with within 24hrs and are subject to availability of any trades required but we aim to resolve anything same day or within 24hrs.
Changeover day is Saturday. Entry from 2.30pm. Departure by 11am.
