The apartment is ideal for vacationers looking for a home in the bustling harbor life, and avoid the car. A private entrance leading to a narrow side street, is accessed via a staircase in the patio of the apartment Jafuda. There, invite chairs and a table for readers, chatting and eating in the shade. Three bedrooms (one with double bed and two with two single beds), the apartment and offers space for up to six people. It has two bathrooms available, the kitchen is functional (with microwave), the living room with satellite TV and modern comfortable leather sofas very much. The large dining table has a beautiful view over the bay of Pollensa, just from the large furnished terrace. In a small storage room is a washing machine.

Beautiful property in a fab location

This apartment was superb! It fitted our needs to a tee. It was spacious and clean, cool even in the midday sun and the view from the balcony was perfect. There are 2 great sized bathrooms, which was great for the 4 of us, spacious bedrooms with wardrobes, even buckets/spades and an inflatable pink flamingo to use on the beach.

Getting there and back was easy on on the Shuttle Transfer Coach too, which saved us some money.

The star of the show though, was definitely the view from the balcony! Watching the sun set and the world go by, with a cold drink on a spacious balcony, made the holiday very near perfect.

The host, Juan Antonio, responded quickly to all my messages and was very helpful throughout the booking process. He even popped over too to say hello and made me feel very welcomed.

Overall, a great apartment we may very well visit again next year!

A fantastic holiday in a spacious, traditional apartment in a brilliant location.

The apartment is located in a perfect position for the beach & local restaurants/amenities. Pine walks is a 10 min walk away. The apartment itself has a traditional Spanish feel with all of the facilities that are needed.

Nothing was too much cot & highchair provided on request and even some essential items for our arrival (water, milk etc) as we arrived on a late flight.

Overall very impressed & enjoyed a lovely week here with my family.

For walkers the property is ideally located in one of the most beautiful places . For cyclists there are ample routes to explore nearby and a room to securely store bikes and kit.


Puerto Pollensa Pine Walk 500 metres from the apartment.

Other ones, Cala San Vincente beaches are closest (10/15 mins by car) There is boating, wind surfing, diving, sailing, excursions, yacht club, boats to Formentor and also the beaches of Alcudia and beyond.


Pollença is about 6 km away and can be reached running or cycling as well as by car (there is a quiet back road if you want to go for a stroll).

Alcudia is 10 km away.
