This bright upper villa apartment is perfect for those wishing to explore Central Scotland. The nearby Erskine Bridge gives access to Loch Lomond and the beautiful West Coast, while the M8 makes Glasgow, Edinburgh, or the pretty villages of Fife's East Neuk, an easy drive away. Just round the corner are a bank, Post Office, grocery and greengrocer with a small supermarket five minute's walk away. Bishopton has several restaurants which offer a delivery service and, just outside of the village there's a great selection of restaurants offering relaxed or fine dining. The apartment has WIFI, television, DVD, and a selection of books, DVDs, children's toys and games.
April 2012 - Bishopton was a perfect base, the florist round the corner made up beautiful arrangements for me, the corner shop was brilliant for the milk & newspaper and the co-op was just enough for a bigger shop and reasonably priced wine. Tesco in port glasgow would provide anything else anyone could want. The apartment itself was fantastic - very comfortable and had everything we needed.I had chosen the apartment for its description, the decor and the location. We also loved the art! Thank you for the essentials in the kitchen - couldn't believe you had provided breakfast tea - we had only brought our afternoon tea! Very nice coffee too. J.Wakely

The neighborhood was very quiet and close to the train and local shops. The house was amazing and very spacious with a great garden.

Arrived on 4th July with 2 very sea sick children and contacted the owner asking to get into the property early. This was no problem at all and we were allowed immediate access. The pictures don't really do the house justice as it is a very spacious welcoming flat. It was immaculately clean and there was a very much appreciated packet of shortbread, tea, coffee and milk. Towels, bed linen and bath mats all supplied and were pristine and plentiful.The apartment is well equipped with everything a family would need for a holiday even down to plastic crockery, toys and books for children. When required the heating was easy to operate and the flat extremely cosy. My 2 children took great advantage of the swing and garden. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough. The owner and her mother were so helpful and approachable. Will definitely be back again and have recommended this property to a number of people already.
We stayed for a couple of nights celebrating a local family occasion. The property was well positioned for an exploration of Glasgow and the surrounding areas with excellent road links and exceptional rail links! The local store was really handy and well stocked. We found the property clean and well maintained. We would return to this property and are considering this for further exploration of the area. Just need to change the Scottish licencing laws to enable me to buy a bottle of 80 shilling beer when I arrive into Glasgow airport at 5 minutes after 10!!
From the moment we were met at the driveway and welcomed to the property up until the time we left, our stay was perfect. The property is gorgeous, clean, well maintained, and light and airy. The owners have thought of everything for you. Our bedrooms were just lovely, try and snag the main one with the walk in wardrobe and ensuite, its luxury. Liz who initially welcomed us and then left us in peace gave us lots of tips for restaurants, shops etc. My elderly parents loved staying here and it is central to everything. We would not hesitate to stay again. In fact I am booking for next year.
