Oakwood detached luxury bungalow is situated opposite Sewerby Hall and Gardens. Sleeping 8 adults/children plus a cot, it will suit a growing family and will equally accommodate up to 4 couples. The property is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard with wooden flooring, central heating throughout and instant hot water. Well behaved pets are allowed and it is a no smoking property. The is ample off road parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Village hideaway by the sea

Thanks - we had a lovely stay!

Comfortable and well equipped in a pleasant location. We loved sitting in the sun at the front of the bungalow listening to the birds and other sounds from Sewerby Park across the way.

Three adults and two children (aged 10 months and nearly five) found everything we needed.

We look forward to coming again!

Fantastic place!

This was the second visit to this property. Lovely location in the village of Sewerby, just outside Bridlington. Property like home from home with everything in it for the duration of your stay. Will definitely return for visit number 3!

Coast/Beach:

Sewerby Village is surrounded by some of the nicest beaches in the North of England. There is the South Beach at Bridlington. The North Beach is just a short walk away. It can be accessed by walking along the cliff tops towards Bridlington or going down the steps at Sewerby. Reighton Sands and Flamborough's North Landing are only a short drive away.

Travel:

Sewerby is located just off the B1255, approximately 1 mile from the North East of Bridlington.

Distances:

Bridlington is just 1 mile away. Filey is 12 miles and Scarborough 17 miles.

Further Details:

Sewerby has a pub in the village - The Ship which serves food. There is also a a Tea Room in the village which also serves meals. A small supermarket is only a 2 minutes drive away. In Bridlington there are many shops and banks. There is also The Spa Theatre that has a full programme of events throughout the year.

A deposit of £150 is requested and the final payment is to be made by 6 weeks before date of booking.

Changeover Day:
Our changeover day is Friday in high season, however, in low season short breaks can be taken on any days with a minimum of 2 nights stay.
The bungalow is available at 3pm on day of arrival and we ask for it to be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for weekly stays.
Short stays are available for a minimum of 2 nights.
Reduced rates are available for 2-4 people staying in low season.

A deposit of £150 per week is required to secure the booking and cheques are to be made payable to Knavesmire Properties.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.

The kitchen opens into the dining room which has patio doors into the rear garden area. The garden is enclosed, therefore it is safe for children and pets. Well behaved pets are allowed and it is a no smoking property. There is ample off road parking for up to 4 vehicles. Outside: There is a patio at the rear of the bungalow with outdoor table and chairs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided. Other: The bungalow has gas central heating and instant hot water.
