Nestling in the conservation area, in a quiet no through road, this newly renovated cottage offers high quality holiday accommodation for up to six.

A 30' x 12' glass ended kitchen/family room provides a generous space for friends and family, and a cosy sitting room with a log fire, offers space for peace and contemplation. Please Note: the Attic stairs are steep.

In House Facilities ~ Central heating, log fire, linen & towels, kettle, toaster, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven, oven with 5 ring gas hob, ironing facilities, TV/DVD, radio, Wi-Fi, courtyard garden with table & chairs, washing line.

Special interest holidays:

Great walking is to be had along the coastline(The Saxon Shore) and there is woodland nearby you can walk to Canterbury(called the Crab and Winkle Way 7 miles) without barely having to cross a road.

Whitstable is a destination for windsurfers and kitesurfers alike and there is also a lively sailing scene with sailing clubs in whitstable and nearby Tankerton.


This delightful three-bedroom cottage is less than four minutes walk from Whitstable's harbour, beach and shops.

The harbour has an interesting history including diving, shipbuilding and fishing, coupled with many local water sports clubs making Whitstable a Mecca for wind surfers, kite surfers and sailors of all ages.

Along the coast are grassy slopes down to the sea, allowing bracing walks along the promenade to enjoy the bracing sea air.

Booking Notes:
Making a Booking:
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

Changeover Day:
Flexible - The property is usually available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure - sometimes these restrictions can be relaxed on request.

Notes on prices:
Booking Fee and Paying By Credit Card:
There is £15.00 booking fee that will be added to the total rental tariff. For guests wishing to pay by Credit Card there will be a 2% surcharge added to the booking alternatively there is no charge when paying by Debit Card or Bank Transfer.

Short Breaks:
2 night break - 50% off weekly tariff/3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff/4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff/5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff/6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
