This beautifully presented 5 star property is situated down a private track which is shared with our other property Little Flint, away from any noise of traffic and is in a rural peaceful location allowing its guests to savour the countryside and truly relax and unwind. There is an inglenook fireplace, traditional beams. There is a shower room and wc on the ground floor with a family bathroom on the first floor. There is a large comfortable conservatory with views of outstanding beauty of the surrounding countryside. Wi-Fi is available in this property for a weekly cost.
Two very high standard 5 star & 4 star traditional farm houses which have both been awarded Gold Awards for 2016, with two fully stocked fishing lakes, set in a truly peaceful and tranquil location surrounded by beautiful unspoilt countryside. Both houses have open fires and high quality furnishings.. The gardens are equipped with garden furniture and BBQ's for alfresco dining on those warm summer evenings. Wi Fi is free of charge in both houses Lyons Green and Lt. Flint properties have open fires for the colder weather, and also central heating.
Lyons Green has one bedroom downstairs with super king sized bed, and a shower room. Upstairs there is one single room, one double bedded room and one twin bedroom together with a bathroom with bath. There is a wonderful sun lounge downstairs overlooking the lakes.
Lt. Flint has a shower room downstairs, upstairs one bedroom with king size bed, and one bedroom with twin beds, there is also a bathroom with bath, on this floor.
Lyons Green and Lt Flint sit right in the middle of our farm, our family have been farming for more than two generations, we produce Beef and have a Rare Breed Herd of Lincoln Reds, you will probably see some of them grazing in meadows as you look out of your windows. The wildlife near the lakes is a joy to watch, often included during the breeding season, you may catch a glimpse of Egyptian Geese and their young, the fishing is great, mostly Mirror Carp some weighing upto 20lbs. If you look in our Visitors Book, you will see many comments on the sighting of one of our Barn Owls, magic, one of the males is almost pure white. The Nofolk Sunsets are something to write home about, let your imagination run away with itself, enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Tony and Jenny Mallon have diversified into letting two of their most outstanding properties into Holiday Homes, they continually strive to keep the properties upto date, and have won a prestigious Gold Award for their endeavours.
Jenny personally welcomes all her guests on arrival , and will always be at hand if there should be any questions to be answered. They look forward to meeting returning and new guests.

The Beautiful North Norfolk Coast Is A Leisurely 35 Min Drive Away, Wells -next-Sea, Brancaster, Burnham Overy to name but a few, and nearby Sandringham House and grounds
The nearest airport is Norwich International Airport, this is a 35 minute drive away.
Necton is the next village which is approx 2 miles away. Swaffham Town which is a traditional market town is approx 6 miles again and Dereham Town is approx 6 miles in the opposite direction.
Norwich City has a wealth of places of interest including the Castle Museum, Elm Hill dating back to pre 1500 with original tudor houses and cobbled streets lined with a wealth of quaint little shops and tea rooms.
There is a public house called the Canary & Linnet one mile from the houses serving hot food, a farm shop selling a wealth of provisions, a regular bus service covering miles on the Norfolk countryside.
There are plenty of restaurants and pubs both in Swaffham and Dereham and many in the surrounding villages.
