This beautifully located modern home is offered over 3 floors and has direct beach access to Sandbanks beach and direct sea views from all of the rooms at the rear of the house. The private path (accessed by other residents) leads directly to the promenade and to the beautiful sandy beach.

There is a large terrace from the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with an electric canopy over and a balcony from both of the sea facing first floor bedrooms.

The ground floor features an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen, TV room, ground floor w/c, access to the terrace with sea views.

The lower ground offers two bedrooms ( one with king size bed and one twin bedroom) large walk in wet room with w/c, utility room and large games room with selection of toys and a pool table.

The top floor features 4 bedrooms, master with en-suite shower room, access to balcony, bedroom 2 with en-suite shower room, access to balcony, both sea facing, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom on this floor with a bath, separate shower and w/c.

This is a fantastic property for families and friends to gather and enjoy this beautiful location.

There is off road parking for approximately 4 vehicles.

We regret that we cannot permit dogs at this property.

Our preferred changeover day is a Friday
