A refurbished, air-conditioned, two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment with wifi and sea, mountain and pool views.

There is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds, a family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops. Living area with tv, dvd, some satellite channels. Terrace area with views over the sea, pool and mountains.

Located in a popular front-line complex in Puerto del Carmen. The apartment is situated in a very quiet location, yet right on your doorstep is the beach, restaurants, bars and shops.

We loved the apartment. It's decorated to a high spec and had everything we needed.The location was perfect, and was surprisingly quiet at night even though it was so close to the strip. Your information booklet was great. We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment, it's fantastic value for money and location is perfect. The beach is directly across the road from the entrance to the apartment complex. There are pedalos, sunbeds and umbrellas at this beach.


Arrecife airport is located a ten minute drive away with flights from all major and regional European airports. There is a ferry port located in Arrecife and another in Playa Blanca for routes to and from other Canary Islands and mainland Spain. Car hire is not essential but is recommended if you wish to explore the rest of the island.


The Old Town and Biosfera shopping centre are approximately a ten minute stroll. Deiland shopping centre at Playa Honda is a 10 minute drive or 20 minutes by bus. Arrecife is a 15 minute drive or 30 minutes by bus.

Further Details:

Shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, ATMS and banks can be found within walking distance from the apartment. There are many tourist attractions and activities on the Island that can be booked at any excursion centre on the main beach road in Puerto del Carmen. If you are interested in car hire, please let me know as I can obtain competitive quotes.

Notes on accommodation: This property has been totally refurbished in May 2012. There is a large selection of DVDs including films and television series for you to watch and a large selection of books to read. Beach towels are included in the rental price. A hairdryer and iron/ironing board are provided. Large safe to securely store passports, laptops etc. WIFI now installed! Outside: There is a terrace with table, chairs and views to the communal pool, sea and mountains. There are sunbeds which are for the exclusive use for the occupants of the apartment. The communal swimming pool is 1.75 metres deep at the deep end and a children’s paddling area at the shallow end. There are lovely communal gardens to wander around. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided. There is a mid week towel change and a weekly clean for durations of eleven nights or more.

A little gem of an apartment

We had spend our 2016 family holiday in Lanzarote and decided we wanted to go back this year again. I started to search around for properties and came across this apartment. I got in touch with Victoria August last year (2016). We booked the apartment for our 2017 holiday and have just returned after spending 13 nights there. From getting in touch with Victoria last year the booking went so smooth. This was our first time to book our holiday without the aid of a travel agent and yes we were nervous but from booking to returning all went fantastic.

We received the arrival instructions from Victoria and all went to plan. The apartment was fantastic, so clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The TV package was great for our 4yr old who decided he needed time out of the pool and sun for a midday nap most days. The mid stay clean was brilliant.

Having a washing machine was a god send. Having the air con was brilliant. We put in 2euro each evening before going out and the apartment was lovely and cool coming back in .

The location on the strip was so central. Yes you have a few steps to climb but after all you are in Lanzarote. Once in through the gates you leave behind the noise of the strip.

The pool for kids is ideal. A large shallow kids pool for those who don't like the deep end.

We had another brilliant family holiday in Lanzarote and this apartment made it that. We were fortunate to meet Victoria when there and we loved the apartment that much we have booked to return next year.

Thank you for making our family holiday special. Starting the count down to our return in summer 2018.

Great location quiet and relaxing

This property is in an ideal location on the front of Puerto del carmen avenue but is located up a number of stairs which makes it far enough away from any noise the apartment is peaceful cleaned once a week and is ideal for a family break no air con in bedrooms but has fans to componsate, has a tv with access to English channels. Has 2 bathrooms although the showers are quite small but u get used to it once you start using them. Would totally recommend this apartment and a stay here as we enjoyed it

Great location, lovely apartment!

The apartment is located really centrally in a great complex with the shared pool right outside! We took our too young children (6 and 4) who loved the beach and the pool and we split a lot of our time between the two. The apartment was well equipped, lovely, comfortable and clean. Any queries that we had were answered really quickly, the instructions were well written and would definitely recommend to others!! Thank you very much Victoria!

Home from home

This is a really comfortable place to stay? Everything is as described in the details, and more. Other reviews are accurate too. Victoria & Trevor are excellent owners & have given much thought to attention to detail. Fully equipped for our five week stay. The complex is maintained to a high standard, landscaped gardens & the pool cleaned daily. As far as I am aware, this apartment is the only one with two bathrooms. Excellent location on the main strip, but set up away from the hustle & bustle. So peaceful for sleeping. Credit too has to go to Fina & Eduardo who kept the apartment spotless during our stay. A weekly clean, with towels changed twice a week. Lovely walk to the marina, & plenty of great places to eat on the main strip. Just under one mile walk to Lidl for groceries if you are having an extended stay like us. You will not be disappointed.

Outstanding Apartment home from home

I had to write to say what a fantastic holiday we have just encountered and what a fantastic apartment we stayed in.

from making the initial enquiry to booking attending and coming home every aspect of our holiday was well thought out.

The apartment is ideally sited right on the main strip but also well away from the noise.

It was so peaceful and quite around the apartment and the pool area yet within a few minutes we were on the strip and on the beach.

I cannot find anything to fault the holiday or the apartment the welcome pack was a nice touch and very well appreaciated.

Victoria even arranged for us to be picked up and returned to the airport so we did not have to worry about trying to find the apartment.

It has been an absolute pleasure and we can't wait to book again and enjoy your wonderful apartment.

Booking Notes:
A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable six weeks prior to the arrival date. Payments are accepted by bank transfer, (i.e. Telegraphic transfer or online banking transfer) or paypal.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible depending on availability. The apartment will be available from 3pm on arrival day and will need to be vacated by 11am on day of departure. Late checkout is possible subject to availability and at a small surcharge.

Notes on prices:
Prices quoted are based on two people. There is a surcharge of 30 Pounds per person per week above the base price. Payments in Euros are also accepted.
