The apartment has been renovated in a contemporary way and the layout has been realized to magnify its volume. The materials used enhance its architecture. The realization of the kitchen with its integrated island sublime 50m2, its volume. The living space, transparency, brightness and location make this apartment the perfect place for your holidays.

The minimalist furnishings give the atmosphere a certain coherence.

The decoration is sober, embellished in the same colors.

A 10-minute walk will take you to the city center, the beach or the Casino de Cassis.

Description of the apartment:

Completely renovated by an interior designer, it offers a beautiful living space of 35m2. Two large windows offer a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean. The shutters close electrically. No effort to make.

An open kitchen and a modern living room will enchant you, the dominant and breathtaking view of the Mediterranean, the fort and the lighthouse of Cassis will amaze you. The furniture (kitchen Schmidt - furniture France ...) is excellent. The living room opens onto a balcony of 10m2. 2 Bistro tables are there, facing the sea, for your enjoyment.

Breakfast at sunrise, dinner at bedtime. The apartment has an East-West orientation. The room has a large wardrobe, bedding 160x200 high quality (bedding house) with a firm and mellow welcome. a real cozy bed with impeccable comfort. The bedroom also opens onto the balcony through a bay window. The bed is facing the Mediterranean. What fun !!

The toilets are independent. When in the bathroom, it is simply magical. Shower tray, glass and shower column quality. (Jacob Delafon) On the ground, you will walk on a tile floor imitation parquet, Italian brand, which gives a very warm aspect to the apartment. We also wanted to play on lighting. 3 distinct zones depending on the atmosphere you have chosen. 12 spots of small size to better enlighten you. Possibility to park in front of the residence, but no place allocated. Free parking spaces (rare in Cassis) are in the immediate vicinity. Paid parking is also available within a 5-minute walk. You will also find all the amenities in the immediate vicinity (Petrol station - Bakery - Press - restaurant - Caterer - Grocery - Vegetable shop - snack).

To get to the center of Cassis, nothing more simple. In front of the residence, a big descent of stairs, a shaded path, then a small road lined by safe sidewalks for you and your children. 10 minutes is enough. This place, you have understood, will enchant you.

For stays of a minimum of a week, We give you the opportunity to train for free in our fitness room ALLAUCH (25 minutes of Cassis by car), Premium activities. Possibilities for private coaching on request (in the morning only or in the afternoon in my fitness center in the charming village of Allauch)

Wonderful apartment with a fabulous view!

We loved our few days in Cassis. Patrick is a wonderful host. Readily available and ready to help with anything you need. The apartment is spotless and very nicely designed. Everything is new and works well.

Parking was easy. The unit is in a building which sits on a hill on the second floor. Getting into town takes about 10-15 minutes, but you do have to cross a major road and take stairs down the hill. A workout if you have to do it several times in a day, especially in the heat.

Just down the driveway from the apartment building is a gas station, patisserie, butcher with amazing fresh meat and fish selection as well as other condiments. Very convenient without having to go into town or drive.

The view from the apartment speaks for itself and having a deck off the living room and bedroom was great. Highly recommend!

Amazing view within 10 min walk to the port

Patrick is nice and welcoming host giving good tips for sightseeing, food and drinking place.

Apartment is newly renovated and looks exactly like on the pictures. Everything is clean and the apartment is spacious within walking distance (400m-500m) to a gas station, bank, pharmacy bakery, pizza restaurant, delicatessen shop and lunch place, vegetable/fruit shop. Towards the port, it will take around 10 min walking downhill and maybe 15 min uphill. Can definitely recommend this place.

Perfect hilltop view of the sea!

My husband and I stayed here five nights and found it a great base from which to explore the area. Patrick was very welcoming and attended to all the details to make for a comfortable stay. We appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was and were glad to have the washing machine in the kitchen and drying rack on the balcony. The local fruit and vegetable market, butcher and bakery were a plus. Glad we chose this place! Merci Patrick..and your English is great!

Beautiful place, great view, helpful host

This is a clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartment with a fantastic view of the ocean, the mountains, and the town. It's a great pleasure just to sit on the balcony and relax. The walk to town center is fifteen minutes down and twenty-five back so it may be more convenient if you have a car (despite the parking problems in town), but there are some stores and restaurants close by. Patrick is very helpful and quick to respond to messages.

In a small residence surrounded by pine trees and near the port of Cassis, is revealed on its 1st floor a 50m² apartment, intimate refuge completely renovated with elegance. Rethinked and redesigned in a contemporary writing exploiting all its potential. Light and charm seem to be the key words. Just like the city, this apartment is an oasis of rest. The living room and its contemporary kitchen open onto a large bay window. The view overlooking the port and the fort of Cassis is breathtaking. The minimalist and uncluttered room offers the same view. Direct access from the bedroom to the patio by a large bay window will amaze you. The bathroom, with pure tones respects the perfect coherence with the rest of the apartment. A cocoon in the soft light near the city!

Many parking spaces are available in front of the residence. Access to shops on foot and icing on the cake, nearby is the Casino. Well, good luck ;)
