This is an ideal self catering family holiday home with a large pool and an all weather covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool, that is totally geared for outdoor living. The Main house sleeps 6 and there is another fully equiped pool cottage for 2 persons with own entrance, kitchen and bathroom. It is centrally located for local facilities, the Wine Route, Cape Town, V & A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, penguins at Boulders Beach, and animals at Cape Point etc.
Currently living in the UK with my partner who is an artist, my career has been in design, indoors and outdoors. Over the last ten years we have refurbished the property, and hope that our expertise has created a welcoming and pleasing ambiance for all of our guests to enjoy and appreciate.

After a long family association in this area I first came to Fish Hoek about 15 years ago and immediately fell in love with the place. I knew that one day I would buy a property on this beautiful peninsula. There are fantastic beaches, awesome mountains, breathtaking views, wineries and Nature Reserves in abundance. A strong pull to South Africa was the fact that the seasons are opposite to the UK and if we desire we can have sun all year round.
The property is in the heart of the town, just minutes away from all amenities. A car is not always needed, except for longer journeys along the coastline. The illuminated gardens and pool, covered terrace, with sofa, chairs and table to seat twelve are a welcoming delight after a busy day sightseeing. Evening swimming, wining and dining are a must at this property.
We had an amazing stay in Fish Hoek. Prior to our arrival both Pam, the owner, and Sue, the property manager, were wonderful and provided lots of useful information. Sue met us upon arrival and throughout our stay was a quick text message away. She provided lots of great tips on things to see and superb restaurants.
We were a family of 7 (parents and 5 kids ages 11,9,7,6,2) plus my in-laws, for a total of 9 people and we found the house to be a perfect fit. It was spotless with lots of attention to even the smallest of details to make our stay memorable. We loved the pool and the quick walk to neighboring Fish Hoek beach. We also felt that we were very well placed to visit Cape Town and the surrounding areas. All in all it was an amazing vacation! We'd like to say a special thank you to Sue for the warm welcome and great tips on things to do in the area. We would definitely book this property again should we return to Cape Town.

There are many restaurants and shopping facilities, banks etc. within a very short distance.
