About Rudy and Sandra
I grew up in Gravedona, but live in London with my wife Sandra. We both work, but spend most of our holidays between Lake Como and Rome, where we have our families and many friends.
Rudy and Sandra purchased this Villa in 2008
Why Rudy and Sandra chose Gravedona ed Uniti
We purchased the property in 2008 in need of restoration, although all the original 1600' features were well preserved. The restoration and rebuilding has been a labour of love over several years. With the intent to build the perfect holiday home for ourselves, every detail was given careful attention. Living abroad we don't have the chance to enjoy it as much as we would like so we want to share it with our guests.
What makes this Villa unique
The property is set in a truly unique location in the center of Gravedona, the town with the longest lake-side promenade. The views from the property are breath-taking because the water is wider here than in many other parts and the mountains, although higher, are set back from the edge of the water. We come here to relax and escape from the hectic city life, eat healthy and genuine food, enjoy the enviable weather and outdoor activities.

A wonderful vacation at Lake Como
We were staying this month in Rudi's wonderful villa. The location is perfect. Next to the ferry and near the restaurants and pubs. The villa is beautiful. The owners are pleasant and helpful. Thank you very much for the perfect hospitality. Hope that next time we'll come back for a longer time.
A week in Gravedona 9/15/2018 - 9/22/2018
An amazing villa in a great location right in the center of the town with easy access to the boat services. The villa is modern and beautifully appointed; not lacking in anything. Fosca was very nice and helpful upon arrival and departure. Smaller, quieter town than some of the others. Locals all very friendly. Would highly recommend!
Better than the pictures!
This home is fantastic. Great layout for a family vacation, with private bathrooms for each bedroom area, and all updated appliances and fixtures. The location is ideal, with fabulous views of the lake and mountains right out the front door. Only a few steps to grocery and wine stores, and various bars and restaurants. The owners are very attentive to detail and making your stay enjoyable. I hope to be able to go back again someday, and would recommend this to anyone interested in taking an Italian Lakes vacation.
A slice of heaven
Great wee town, and great house. Thanks Rudy, it was a fantastic holiday.
Everything was amazing!! Attention to detail was incredible! Beautiful place right on the lake. Gravadona was a perfect town and great location! We would definitely come back!!
Fabulous villa right on the lake with stunning views
Villa was lovely. Beautifully decorated and thought through. Right on lake side so very easy access to restaurant, coffee shops, supermarket and bars. Very short walk to lake access. Also close to the boat port, so location excellent.
We stayed a week and it would have been good to have had a change of towels during that time.
