This 2 bedroomed apartment on the first floor of the Beulah sleeps 1 - 4 people. There is a living/dining room with 3-seater sofa and armchair, TV, DVD and a fully-equipped kitchen area. Upstairs, there are 2 small bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles (1 x 3 ft wide and 1 x 2.6" wide) and a small shower room. Due to the sloping ceilings upstairs, the head height in the shower is at max. 6'5". There is a stairgate supplied.

The apartment is one of nine in a lovely Victorian villa, which has been skilfully converted into modern holiday apartments, well-equipped for self-catering. It is located in one of the best positions in Torquay, only 250 metres/yards from Torquay harbour, seafront and town centre, yet in a quiet, leafy road. There is a shared launderette, free WiFi and parking and a shared patio with tables and chairs. Booking Notes:
A non-refundable deposit of 25% (minimum £100) is required to book, either by credit card (charge payable), cheque or bank transfer.

The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival - credit card payment of deposit or balance incurs a charge of 1.5% or 2% from overseas (through Paypal). In the event of cancellation, the person making the cancellation will be legally liable to pay the balance if the accommodation is not re-let.

We do not accept pets.

Smoking is not permitted in the property.

Changeover Day:
Usual changeover day is Saturday.

Notes on accommodation: The Beulah is a charming Victorian villa, converted into nine modern, holiday apartments, fully equipped for self-catering for one to four people. The self catering holiday apartments are set back from the road in quiet grounds, yet only 250 metres from Torquay's attractive harbourside and town centre, with its many varied shops, restaurants and continental cafes. Park up your car and explore Torquay on foot with no parking worries. There are three beaches within walking distance including the main Torquay beach and beautiful Meadfoot Beach, which holds a Blue Flag award. The self catering apartments hold a Certificate of Excellence 2017 from Tripadvisor. There is a shared patio with tables and chairs and a car park with free parking for one car per apartment.

We bought this lovely Victorian villa because of its superb position in Torquay, only 250 metres from the harbour side and centre, yet in a quiet leafy road. It has plenty of parking - guests tend to leave their cars parked up for the week, which is much less stressful!

We live very close by so we are on hand to help with any queries, unlike many other holiday apartments. We personally supervise the changeover days and ensure that everything is spotless and fully equipped for your arrival.
