Nestling in Pyrga Forest Valley beside Pyrga Village this splendid private and modern villa has been superbly fitted out with every modern comfort. With a welcome pack on arrival and friendly hosts to meet you when you get there you'll relax immediately into Pyrga's peaceful charm. The villa is a three bedroom property sitting on almost an acre of land. Secluded and private poolside relaxation in a forest setting.
We love Cyprus and built this holiday home here as a home away from home. As such it has all of the features you might expect from your own high standards. Nothing pleases us more than to read the reviews of the many happy guests who have stayed at our villa.

We love Pyrga because it has the combination of rural and forest peace combined with being within easy reach of all parts of the island. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist drag but to be able to reach any point in the island within an hour or two, then Pyrga is for you.
Privacy is key at Pyrga. In a non overlooked location you have the wonderful and unobstructed views of a very beautiful part of Cyprus, Stavrovouni Mountain. This villa combines every modern convenience with private rural forest peace.
Hi, just a line to thank you for the use of you beautiful villa. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were well looked after by Natasa and Andy was a real help. Reasonable rates too. The villa really is 5 star. We would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone. Thanks again.

What a wonderful time we had in Pyrga. The house is beautiful – so spacious, modern and sleek, everything in perfect working order. We enjoyed lazy days at your pool with strolls into the orchardl. Pyrga is fantastically tranquil and wooded and the perfect spot to unwind.
Best regards, Mary Barrett
The villa wasthe best in which we havevacationed. As beautiful as the on-line pictures of the villa are, they most certainly do not do it justice. The lovely village Pyrga, being so close, allowed us to dine in the restaurants there. We cannot wait for our return trip.

My husband and two teenage boys had a fabulous time at the villa we all enjoyed using BBQ area and the pool. The Villa is really gorgeous and spacious. Nothing around in the evenings so a car is essential we drove to Larnaca most evenings. If you are after a great villa in a quiet area to unwind this is the place for you.
Just returned home from 7 nights in Cyprus staying at the Beautiful Villa at Pyrga. The first surprise was the arrival. The villa was stunning. It was perfect for everything we might need. There was a great welcome pack to get our holiday started! The villa was everything you could want and was super clean!
Natasa, the villa manager was really friendly and helpful and available at a moment’s notice if we needed her. Can’t wait to return soon. Perfect location, perfect holiday!
From the very start of the process I felt we were dealing with a 'friend'; service and information provided was really good and accurate. When we arrived at the villa our greeting from Natasa was warm and friendly and when we settled in we came to appreciate the 'home from home' feeling which had been created within the villa. Seating and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and outside areas were spotless and the orchard a pleasant surprise, but best of all was the authentic Foukou Cypriot barbecue - a master stroke!
The local taverna in Pyrga is run by Natasa's dad and his family and was used on several occasions. It never disappointed and was a good alternative to the barbecue. The information provided in the villa was comprehensive. In all a very nice property which I would not hesitate to recommend.

This is the second year in a row to visit Pyrga. Besides a local tranquil village, the Villa was our key reason to return to Cyprus. Its seclusion and privacy were key factors in making the decision to return. The villa truly feels like a home away from home. The pool was a perfect temperature, well maintained and much needed for a relaxing day spent in the water. The villa is incredibly spacious with no surrounding distractions. The large poolside BBQ is a must for any cuisine lovers. Facilities including TV and internet were a fantastic option for some time in the shade. We are already planning another trip next year as we have fallen in love with this villa.
A beautiful home that’s spacious, secluded & scenic. This beautiful villa offers relaxation and privacy with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains with an easily accessible location. Conveniently located a few mins for Pyrga village, it boasts a large size pool blessed by the Cypriot sun during the day with plenty of area for sun bathing and for the sun dodgers some shade to cool down in - without this I would have been lost ;)
Located a stone throw for the local town, Pyrga, there are plenty of restaurants with authentic Cypriot style dinners. Thankfully the restaurant in Pyrga offers some of the best cuisine both in the local area as well as Larnica. The place is ideal for family or for a romantic get-away. We were able to order some food and drink in advance so our relaxation could begin on arrival. My Fiancé and I enjoyed the villa’s complete privacy with a beautiful star lit skies. We are already planning a second trip as we found the villa to be beyond our expectation - an extremely competitive offer.
This is a very comfortable and well planned villa, equipped with everything you could want and spotlessly clean. Natasa was very friendly and welcoming and Paul was very responsive to questions about the villa and area. Larnaca and Nicosia are within easy reach and a particular highlight for us was Pano Lefkara, a village in the mountains famous for lace and silverware. We ate a couple of times at the restaurant in Pyrga, run by Natasa's family and even found a Tesco near junction 13 of the motorway!
We would not hesitate to recommend this villa. Thank you Paul and Margaret for letting us stay and for all the little welcome touches.
