Open plan lounge/dining area with high vaulted ceiling, comfortable sofas, dining area and fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences such as dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker. Small balcony overlooks central courtyard (table and two chairs) and out to the bay while both bedrooms have Juliette balconies. The master bedroom overlooks the tropical gardens of the Capella Resort and beautiful bay. Located through secure doors, on the second floor and accessed by stairs (not ideal for less able guests).

Two private, luxury apartments located right in the heart of the Marina Village complex with its pretty New England styling and looking out to the wonderful Marigot Bay with its impressive collection of sailing boats and mega yachts. One apartment has high vaulted ceilings and oodles of space with a small balcony while the other is very elegant and has one of the best balcony views in Marigot Bay itself. Both have all the mod cons you would need for a holiday home, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi, SAT TV and well equipped Italian kitchens. The apartments are set around the central square which is quiet but yet offers small shops and concessions, a supermarket, excellent bakery/café and access to the waterfront and marina. Our guests have free use of the fabulous infinity pools as the five star Capella Resort & Spa which is located next door. The sandy beach is a 2 minute water taxi ride across the bay. A great location if you want to chill out, have a romantic break, family fun, love watching boats, water sports or use it as a base to explore this wonderful tropical island.

Our two holiday apartments in Marigot Bay are owned by the family and get used every year. Of course we want other people to enjoy them as much as we do. Taking a holiday in the Caribbean is so exciting but we understand it can also be a little daunting. That is why we have a local manager who meets and greets you on arrival, shows you around the apartment and immediate area. She is only a phone call away if something goes wrong or you need some advice on where to go or how to book something. We can also arrange airport transfers right to the door, pre arrival shopping if you have a late flight in and for those special occasions flowers or chocolates. From the very beginning everything was perfect. This rental is exactly as described . Pauline the property manager was always available for any thing you needed. The view was beautiful. The apartment had everything you need. . I would definitely rent this again.

The rooms were exquisite! Beautiful, comfortable and clean! The property mangers, Cornelius and Pauline were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the activity in the harbor. The use of the Capella resort facilities was a wonderful bonus! Cannot wait to visit again!!!!
Slice of Heaven
Marine Village is nestled in the heart of Marigot Bay. It is my favorite spot on the Island. Chateau Mygo and Rainforest Hideaway are fantastic restaurants. The apartment is affiliated with Capella and guests are able to reap the benefits of a five star resort for half the price. Karen is a fantastic host. She was flexible and accommodating. The on site property manager is lovely and very responsive. I highly recommend this property!
Charming and priced perfectly.
Marigot Bay is one of the most beautiful parts of St. Lucia. An independent gem in the middle portion of the island. Everything you could want is easily on hand - and the property makes it that much nicer.
Perfectly appointed with all the amenities one could need for a wonderful stay. The owners and the property manager are just wonderful to work with and they know anything you could want to know about the island.
Highly recommended for the adventurous type that doesn't need the guidance of a B&B or all-inclusive.

Coast/Beach: Sand spit beach is opposite the Marina Village and accessed within a few minutes by a water taxi. Usual beach facilities and restaurant with bar (happy hour for cocktails and regular music nights during the high season). There is also PADI diving instruction available. You can hire water sport equipment from the beach or a captained water taxi via our local English manager, take day trips scuba diving or go out to sea to look for dolphins and whales. Travel: The nearest airport is G. FL. Charles Airport, in Castries approx. 24 miles away but the main international airport is located at Hewanorra, about an hours drive away. We can arrange for airport transfers on your behalf or you can of course easily hire a car from the airport or in the Marina Village. For those not wanting to drive then there are always lots of taxis parked nearby to visit the capital of Castries, the local towns, other beaches, the Pitons and further tourist attractions. Distances: Marigot Bay is located within the district of Castries and a 20 minute drive takes you to the capital Castries where you will find shops, restaurants, a market and other facilities including a selection of shops by the dock with tax concessions. Marigot Bay is approx. 45 minutes from north Cap Estate and Rodney Bay with it lovely beaches and about 60 minutes from Soufrière and Vieux Fort. Unlike many of the holiday apartments in St. Lucia, you do not need a car here to get around Marigot Bay. Further Details: There is so much to do in St Lucia but it depends on the type of holiday you are seeking. Many of our guests enjoy the peace and quiet, relaxing on the balcony and watching the world go by at a slower pace. The popular St. Lucian saying 'Live Slow' is easy to adopt here. However, if you are looking for more energetic past times then try out scuba diving, hire a wind surf board or a boat, trek through the tropical forests or even try out the high zip wires. The landscape is stunning and varied, you will need a lot of storage space on your camera to capture endless beautiful scenes. The people are friendly, food is amazing and the sun usually shines down. Testimonials from recent guests: "A fantastic week!"
