Ground Floor

An open plan area with living room kitchen and dining areas. Alongside high general specifications, interesting touches such as the cream Smeg fridge freezer and rose patterned china give this barn an individual and homely atmosphere - easy to feel relaxed in.

Kitchen area: Equipped with large Aga style range cooker, microwave, Washing machine, dishwasher and fridge with ice box.

Living area: Full of character with wooden flooring and beams. There is a TV, video, CD player, books, toys and games.

Bedroom 1: A large double bedroom.

Bathroom: A ground floor bathroom with claw foot bath and hand held shower over, w.c. and basin.

First Floor

Bedroom 2: A twin room on a mezzanine floor with sloping ceilings.


Garden: Enclosed shingle garden. Garden furniture and barbecue. Plenty of off road parking.

In addition to its own enclosed shingle garden the barn has shared use of an enclosed children's play area with a climbing frame. Perfect for families the barn is ideal for large groups wishing to holiday together as Walnut Tree Barn sleeping 6/7 is next door and is equipped with sufficient crockery, etc. to facilitate the total number of people from both barns. Lots of healthy, fresh produce is available locally, additionally, the village of Briston features a very popular family owned butcher's shop and bakery, selling local produce and it also has 2 pubs.
