Nice property, a good location for our visit to see a relative in Hastings.

A clean property in a quiet development with allocated parking.

Large retail park 2 minutes drive away with supermarket, M & S, Boots, etc - very convenient.

Owners friendly and quick to respond to any queries. All the equipment you need and 2 bathrooms a real plus.

An immaculate, well appointed and comfortable flat in a quiet residential area.

Sharon and Neil made sure we had everthing we needed for a great stay. Excellent hosts and good communication.The flat felt warm, welcoming and safe - a real home from home. A short drive to the shops/beach in Bexhill and a great tapas bar near the train station. Perfect for visiting my daughter in Hastings and for my sister-in-law to explore Lewes.

Really beautiful flat in lovely location.

Our family stayed in this lovely spacious flat for a month in April/May. The flat itself was fabulous, spacious, light and furnished with everything we needed for our stay. It felt like a home from home.

It is in a quiet location with beautifully maintained grounds but within easy reach of the seafront and local town centre as well as the train station so was perfect for our family. In fact we easily walked down to the local swimming pool, (located at the seafront) in about ten minutes.

The owner (Sharon) was quick to respond to all messages when we were booking and although we had no need to contact her during our stay I have no doubt she would have been just as quick to respond should the need have arisen.

I will be recommending this flat to my own friends and family and as a family we would certainly return for another visit.

L'appartement est parfait, très bien entretenu. La situation est idéale pour visiter les environs en voiture.

Sharon est adorable, elle avait même prévu le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner.
