This beautifully furnished, very spacious penthouse is set in a very upmarket development convenient for all amenities. It enjoys 3 double bedrooms, 2 with en suite facilities, the 3rd having a bathroom alongside for its sole use. The roof terrace enjoys enormous space for sunbathing, barbecues and partying and has views of the sea and also views of the famous Concha mountain. The lounge/diner is unusually spacious and leads to a terrace that enjoys sea views. It is equipped with a large TV, with SKY and DVD player. All bedrooms are furnished to an exceptional standard and have ample wardrobe space. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, built in microwave and coffee maker. There is a separate drying area with washing machine and airing facilities. The apartment enjoys full air conditioning and heating and has a safe. The bathrooms are furnished with the top quality tiling and fittings. The penthouse is furnished to the highest standards.
This is a beautiful apartment on a nice location. Apartment looks as per the photos, a real home from home with lots of space. Pool nice size, and the surrounding area is nice to sit and sunbathe. To get the best out of the holiday a car is advised to enable visits to Marbella, Estepona etc. Definitely one to return to!
This stunning apartment is as beautiful as it's photos, from the penthouse terrace with spectacular views of hills on one side and sea on the other., to the tasteful decor in lounge, dining, bedrooms and a truly well equipped kitchen where everything worked - a home from home but more stylish. The development is very well maintained with a very attractive pool surrounded by colourful shrubs. It is ver quiet. And just a few minutes drive from the lovely little village of Cancelada- a 12 mn pleasant walk. The sea is just 15 mn walk and we spent happy times there. San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Estepona are a short drive but you will not want to spend too much time away from the lovely apartment. Can't wait to return.
Stayed a week in April with 2 friends and agreed it was the best place we had ever stayed in. It is spacious, with luxurious facilities. The views are spectacular with a balcony and large upper terrace which provides 180 degree views of the sea and mountains. They are also well furnished with barbecue, chairs, tables, and sunbeds. There is an excellent swimming pool. Beach is closeby and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is peaceful while within easy driving distance of Costal del Sol's amenities.
We plan to return and recommend it to others.
Stayed here for a week in January and apart from the wonderfully warm weather....this was the perfect place to relax for myself and my wife. So much space light and air.....and yet peacefully quiet at night. This is a million miles away from the parties and hustle and bustle of most apartments in this area of Marbella. I'd recommend a stay here to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a spotlessly clean modern home. We will definitly be booking again next year.
The property was easy to find and only 8-10 minutes drive from Puerto Banus. Local beach was about 3-5 minutes drive. There is a great tennis club only 5-10 minutes walk. The property has 2 BBQ's, gas and traditional coal. It has a lovely balcony and also a roof top sun terrace. We had one problem with a faulty light but once the local contact was made aware, an electrician was there the next day to resolve the problem. The property was exactly how it was detailed, very clean and well maintained. The service from the local family manager was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants within a short driving distance.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.
This beautifully spacious penthouse enjoys wonderful sea views from its terrace and huge roof garden. It is set in a very popular area close to the world famous Puerto Banus and Marbella. All amenities are close at hand and, although car hire will enhance every holiday, the beach is just a 15 minute walk and a choice of hotels, restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance. There is a bus service that operates from the bottom of the development to Marbella in one direction (perfect for up-market shopping and people watching) and Estepona (still a Spanish town) in the other direction. The urbanisation enjoys a fabulous top-skimmer pool, which must be one of the largest on the coast, and beautiful gardens in which to sunbathe. Gibraltar, with the attractions of the apes and dolphin and whale watching trips, are just a 35 minute drive away and within 30 minutes' drive there is a choice of 60 golf courses catering for those of the highest standard to beginners.
