Apartment in Jandia Playa, Morro Jable, Central Location, 200 Yards From The Beach
This apartment overlooks the sensational Jandia beach which has fine golden sand and extends for 14 kilometers. Most of the beach is clothes optional. Jandia is in the relatively unspoiled south of Fuerteventura. The private balcony which is south facing gets and has great views of the spectacular evening sunsets. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close to the apartment with 2 small supermarkets within 150 meters. Fuerteventura is a duty free island. There are 24 hr medical facilities and a dentist close by. Being close to the Sahara desert the summers are hot and the winters warm with little rain, thus there is an all year round holiday season.

Great apartment, great host!
We loved our stay at Colin's apartment. Colin obviously cares that his guests enjoy their stay. Not only is the place kitted out with pretty much everything you could want, he had also left beers, wines, milk, bread, cheese etc. to get us started.
Access to the property is a bit unusual but once you've done it a couple of times it's fine and the locals were really friendly.
Everything was clean and it was nice to have a double bed (instead of pushing two singles together).
All in all it was very good value for money and we will definitely be staying with Colin again in the future.
Very nice, well appointed, smallish apartment. Good sized balcony protected from wind. Close to shops and excellent beach. Owner Colin had provided for all our basic needs which was much appreciated. Good value.
Excellent. A lovely apartment and only a short walk to anything you’d need.
My wife and I have been staying at this property twice a year, for a couple of months each visit since 2014 and can only speak well of it.
There is everything you would need or want and should you need any help or advice Colin and Sam, who own the apartment only live next door and are always more than willing, at any time, to offer that help.
We would fully recommend this to anyone wishing to spend some time here whether it is a long or short stay.
We stayed in the red apartment in April 2017 (see our previous review) and we were back again this September, in the blue apartment this time. There is not really anything we can add to our earlier review,: this apartment is just as perfect as the red one. Location is ideal, both are the best equipped we have stayed in - everything it says in the description is there, even down to fruit bowl, milk, orange juice, cooked meats, cheese, bread, beer, bottles of water, fizz and red wine. Sam and Colin are the best hosts ever - so helpful, but also "not in your face". We've already booked again for next year. and can't wait! Bev and Jack

On arrival Colin was there to meet us! Even though we didn't arrive until late ! Took us upto the apartment and showed us around and how everything worked . We found our stay very comfortable and fully equipped for all our needs ! Plenty of places to eat and stunning views and beaches . Perfect location. We will return soon !! 😆�😆�
Brilliant apartment, just what we wanted
Enjoyed every minute of our stay at Colin and Sam's apartment, so much so that we've booked again. Found it to be clean, well stocked and had everything that we needed.
The apartment is in a prime location, close to the beach, bars and a nice walk into town.
Looking forward to our return.

Special interest holidays: Jandia beach has calm waters for swimming and some stretches suitable for surfing. There are surfing, wind surfing and diving schools. Other activities include boat trips on which you often encounter dolphins, fishing trips, sailing, tennis, high speed power boat rides, Sedgway rides, Harley-Davidson rides, Trike tours Buggy tours and submarine trips. Close by are botanical gardens, camel rides, animal park, golf courses and some spectacular volcanic landscape with mountain passes and unspoilt local villages. Jandia has an open market on Thursdays. Coast/Beach: There are beaches all around the island, some on the northern coast are also spectacularly beautiful but may be subject to strong currents. Car hire is inexpensive and the island offers much to explore. In the other resorts advertised is " the 'MUST DO' excursion to Jandia where you will see the most spectacular beach in the whole of the Canaries and visit Morro Jable with it's mouthwatering ocean side restaurants and charming olde Spanish Streets. Travel: Jandia is 62 miles from the airport, A2B transfers offer return travel to Jandia for approximately £32 per person and the journey takes about 65 minutes. Taxis are available from the airport and private transport can be arranged at the time of booking. There is plenty of free parking close to the apartment. Distances: Morro Jable fishing villiage within a 20 minute walk and the rest of the island is easily reached by car or bus
