2 Bedroom Apartment in Peyia, Coral Bay Area, 10 Mins Drive from Blue Flag Beach of Coral Bay.

The apartment is located on a hillside just five minutes walk from the traditional village of Peyia, and a short drive from Coral Bay – with the best beach in this part of Cyprus. Quiet and peaceful, yet only twenty minutes drive from the larger resort of Paphos, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including an excellent local supermarket, and several local restaurants for eating out. The apartment benefits from a large communal pool, a gym and sauna. Leading from the living room is a large patio with stunning views, furnished with a table and 6 chairs to enable you to dine alfresco and plenty of room for sunbathing. With one double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. The lounge also has a double sofa bed and could accommodate 6 if required.

About Tracey Hitchings

We would like you to have a wonderful holiday staying in our apartment. We have carefully furnished it to accommodate families, the aim being a home from home. We holiday in Cyprus and hence being a home from home. We live in Yorkshire in the UK. We have local managing agents (AWC) who can help should the need arise and are able to provide you with a cleaning and laundry service.

We bought our apartment having seen the view. The climate and local people made this a great place for holidays.

Driving is easy as its on the left as at home and all the signs are in English, so its easy to find you way about.

The country has an easy pace and is friendly with a very low crime rate.

What makes this apartment unique

Our Apartment is close enough to Coral Bay and Paphos to enjoy a more lively night life and sufficiently far enough away if you want peace and quiet.

The proximity of the village makes a shopping and eating out really easy for a relaxing and slower pace of life.

Internet access makes for easy communications via e-mail or skype, so you can escape but not disappear.

Mostly though, people love the panoramic view from the patio. It is equally stunning first thing in the morning as last thing at night, there is a very similar view from the pool.

  • The apartment sleeps 4/6 (2 Bedrooms) Bedroom 1 has a double bed, large double wardrobe with a safe and a hairdryer. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a triple wardrobe. Both rooms have dressing tables with mirrors, black out blinds and curtains. There are ceiling fans and air-conditioning as well as a free standing fan in each room. There is a sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate an extra 2 guests as well as a blow up single bed if required.

Fantastic views, lovely clean apartment, lovely surroundings

We loved this apartment, it had everything we needed. The views were stunning from the balcony, and the pool/gym area was great for us too. Overall I would recommend this apartment as we all really loved it here.

Lovely relaxing break

We had a fantastic stay at Christina Hilltop apartments. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you could possibly need.

The views from the balcony are truly amazing and probably some of the best views you will experience in Paphos.

The apartment is located about a 20 min drive from Paphos harbour so if you are wanting to visit different places then a hire car is recommended.

Thank you Tracey and Kevin. We all had a fabulous time and will be visiting again next year.

The apartment has everything your holiday requires and our stay was very satisfactory. However, prospective tennants should be warned that access to the apartment requires you break the T & C's of your Hire Car excess agreement (offroad) and the final ramp is not for the fainthearted.

Fantastic apartment with everything you could need

We had a great 3 week break at this beautiful apartment. It had amazing views and a lovely sized patio. The pool was lovely and clean. A car is recommended as Peyia town centre is a steep 10 min walk! It was ok going down but coming back up was tough! We think the apartment price was unbeatable, especially for the time of year and would definitely consider going back.

Car: recommended

Peyia village centre is a 5 min walk, where you can find local tavernas, restaurants, takeaways and bars, plus an excellent supermarket and other local shops. Coral Bay has a wider range of bars and restaurants, and several beaches within a 10min drive away.

The closest beach is 5 mins drive; this is the main Coral Bay beach - a good bathing beach with a range of facilities and includes water sports / activities such as jet skis and banana boats.

The famous Sea Caves, and the internationally renowned wildlife sanctuary and turtle nesting site, at Lara Bay, are a very short drive; making for wonderful coastal walks with local bars and restaurants.

Quieter family beaches are about 15 mins drive from the apartment such as St Georges Bay; a small, secluded fishing bay, interspersed with rock pools and with an excellent opportunity to view the sunset. There are restaurants above the beach.

Paphos, the local town, is about 20mins away, with its harbour and Byzantine fort & castle, and many modern and contemporary shops and family friendly bars. There is a range of international cuisine served in the numerous restaurants, interspersed with quaint tavernas serving local fayre, and tourist bazaars. The harbour offers the usual range of water borne attractions from speed boats to day / evening trips and cruises – don’t forget to haggle…!!

The Kings Mall near the Tomb of the Kings is a vibrant, modern shopping centre with a range of international eateries, coffee bars and huge range of shops; together with free underground car parking. The Tomb of the Kings; an amazing exploration into Cyprus’s cultural heritage and the Aqua-Park (Follow the Frog) are a must see / must do in Paphos.

Nearest airport is Paphos, which is about 40mins easy drive away. Hiring a car is recommended, however, there is a good local bus service (1 euro per journey) and taxis; many bookable, and whom indicate pricing, on-line.

The famous Aphrodite's Baths are about 60 mins steady drive just beyond the picturesque town of Latchi.

Aphrodite’s Rock is situated approximately 60 mins from Paphos towards Limassol / Pissouri on the southern coast.

Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca and Famagusta are also an easily achievable drive, but further afield; all offering a range of activities and wide variety of attractions to suit all interests; from historical and cultural, to activity and beach based, and to exploring the extensive trails in the Troodos mountains.

A Deposit of 25% of the rental fee due on booking secures your stay, with balance to be paid six weeks before staying. 100% rental due if less than six weeks before staying.
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on full rental payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
We can take payments in either GBP or Euros.

Changeover Day:
There is no preferred changeover day, the day is flexible but dependant on other bookings. Please ask for confirmation.

Notes on prices:
The prices are for the apartment and it will sleep up to six people comfortably.
We will give you a reduced rate for a booking of two weeks or more, and we can adjust the rate for few more nights e.g. 10 nights. Our minimum stay is five or seven days as indicated. Please contact us for a price.
