Notes on accommodation: The apartment is very cosy in the winter and can be booked all year round. We are also open to longer term corporate lets. Apologies but this apartment is not suitable for rowdy groups or smokers. There is a travel cot which is available at an additional cost of £5 per night. Outside: The property is situated within a beautiful quiet secure gated grounds of a large private house which are private and access has been granted to and from the apartment only. please note:- Within the grounds of the private house there is a very tame dog that wanders around during the day.

Second visit!

Stayed for a week in June visiting family, this is actually my second visit. Really lovely place to stay, clean tidy and the owers were really helpful as always. It is a really good base to see Brighton as close enough to everything. Will definately stay again when I'm in the area :)

EXCELLENT APARTMENT FOR OUR PURPOSES

The apartment served us extremely well for 3 weeks whilst we were helping our daughter with a new baby. There is secure parking; it was about 5 minutes drive to our daughter's house. We used the No 27 bus a few times - the stop is about 300yds away on Dyke Road with a 20 minute service during the day into Brighton.

There is constant heat and hot water, the wifi and TVs worked well. The flat is small, however, sufficient for our purposes. The kitchen has all we needed. The owner was easy available by text and responded very quickly to our queries.

Overall a very enjoyable 3 weeks.

Great little place to stay in a great location

This is a lovely clean quaint apartment ideally located for Brighton and Hove. This is one of the nicest places we've stayed in while visiting Brighton. It's in a great location, nicely decorated and, for a small property, feels deceptively spacious. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a couple looking for a great location close to everything in this part of Sussex. All in all we will definitely be back.

A lovely property in wonderful location

On a circular trip around the south of UK we stay for only three nights in Brighton at this apartment. We found it very spacious and as good as new. We found everything we needed there and the place was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed some wonderful walks during our stay in Brighton and would definitely book again. If you enjoy gorgeous views and walking like we do then Brighton has a superb range of walks. I'd highly recommend both Devil's Dyke and Ditchling Beacon. I'd also highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting this part of the country.

Great place to stay if your visiting Brighton

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay at this 1 bedroom apartment. We were visiting our son who has is studying at Brighton University from Birmingham and only wished that our stay could have been longer. We loved relaxing in the evenings in the charming living area and my wife made me a cracking roast meal in the well equipped kitchen the apartment has. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We would love to stay here again because we have stayed in several hotels in Brighten but we find them to be too very expensive and lack any charm.

Back again!

I wanted to come back to Brighton for an early Christmas shopping spree and was very happy to see this apartment was available again. Its a real home away from home with all the mod cons and cosy comforts, and being so close and convenient to Brighton and Hove, it was the perfect place. I am already planning to hit the January sales and hope I can stay here again! Thank you!!

The Lively famous beaches of Brighton and Hove are situated approximately 1.5 miles/2 miles away which are about 20/30 minute walk or a short bus ride.

Travel:

Nearest airport is Gatwick which is approximately 20 miles away (about 30 mins drive). Newhaven port for ferry services to dieppe is approximately 10 miles away (about 20 mins drive) The property is situated close to all motorway links making it very easy to travel out of Brighton and approximately 5 mins walk from Preston Park main line station. If you have a car then private secure parking is available for 1 car directly outside the front of the property.

Distances:

Central Brighton 2 miles away. Shoreham 6 miles. Lancing 9 Miles. Lewes 11 Miles. Arundel 20 miles. Eastbourne 22 miles. Hastings 37 miles.

Further Details:

If you are wanting to rent the apartment prior to flying from Gatwick then for an additional cost we can organise a taxi and you can leave your car within the secure gated grounds please enquire if you are requiring this service.
