Perfect position for a short break

Everything in this property has been considered. Very clean. Effective heating. Parking. Working WiFi! Even a pint of milk and a few tea bags so we could have a drink on arrival. I asked the owner about a good local restaurant and they suggested The Labone - fabulous Indian about 3 minutes walk. Had we been there longer we would definitely have used it again. All worked smoothly getting into the apartment with the key kept in a coded box so we could arrive at any time and didn't need to bother anyone. We travel to see friends in the area each year and will definitely be looking to stay here again. Many thanks.

Great value and Ideal Location

This holiday flat worked really well for my wife and I for a short break in Sheringham. It was compact, clean and comfortable, and within easy walking distance of the town centre. On -site parking was a real help too!

Cozy at Christmas

Upon arrival as soon as we entered the flat the low battery alarm was going off in the smoke detector, we rang the contact number and within 10 mins Kirsty arrived changed the battery and wished us a happy stay, perfect.

We found everything we needed, very good instructions for all the appliances, wifi etc and a very thoughtful pint of milk and some very nice biscuits; a nice little touch.

It had a lovely new bathroom with walk in shower, the bed was nice and comfy and had all the appliances we needed in the kitchen.

The flat is perfectly placed for leaving your car and exploring Sheringham, we even walked to the station and caught the train to Norwich only £6 return, bargain.

We would definitely recommend staying here.

A comfy haven in an ideal location

Needing a few days of just relaxing, the apartment in Sheringham was a perfect retreat for my husband and me. The top floor flat was well-equipped with everything we needed (even a bottle of milk in the fridge - and tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits in the kitchen).

Just a short walk into the town; the steam railway behind the property; and the view of the sea from the kitchen window made this the perfect location for us both. And having a secure car-parking space right next to the property was great too.

We loved the decor and everything was spotlessly clean. The owners instructions and information were brilliant - and wifi was much appreciated.

Will definitely come back again in the spring/early summer, when we can then make use of the lovely little balcony. A big 'thank you' to the owners, who we didn't have a need to meet or contact after we arrived as everthing was so perfect!

Situated within waliking distance of beach, shops, pubs and various restaurants catering for all tastes. A friendly warm welcome will await you anywhere you choose in Sheringham. The local theatre puts on various shows and performances all year round. The Poppy Line steam railway can be seen from the apartment window and is highly recommended, also putting on various events throughout the year. Take a trip along the coast in style and take in all the wonderful scenery stopping at Weybourne or Holt.

Indoor heated swimming pool is a 5 minute walk and also includes a gym. Mainline railway station links you to Norwich and the Norfolk Broads. A 15 minute drive will take you to Blakeney Point where you can take a memorable seal trip. Birdwatching all year round in Cley and Salthouse. Golf is offered all year round in Sheringham and Cromer. So much to see and do 7 nights will not be enough!
