The property is a 4 bed linked villa with stunning views over Salema beach. It is a 5 minute walk into the sleepy fishing village of Salema with its blue flag beach and seafront restaurants. Golf and spa facilities are available at Santo Antonia Golf, 2km or 5 mins drive away. Arranged over 2 floors there are 3 twin rooms, a master double with private patio and en-suite shower room, 2 further full bathrooms, a balcony, large terrace and private swimming pool. The property also benefits from a large lounge, separate dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Wifi is available and there is a BBQ and table tennis table available for guests use.

We have just returned from a wonderful week in this idyllic spot on the Western Algarve. We were a group of 7, parents with young adult children and partners, and the villa was perfect for our requirements. Everything we needed was provided and it was tastefully furnished in cool, clean colours. The pool was essential as we were there in a particularly hot spell and we also enjoyed a daily dip in the sea. The walk down to the beach is straightforward - the return was slightly challenging in the heat but it did us the world of good! We could have driven down to the village as there seemed to be parking available but we never did. The large dining table on the pool patio was just right for evening BBQs and then a late swim, the patio on the front perfect for al fresco breakfast. The balcony off the main bedroom has the most amazing view and I never tired of sitting there watching the boats and the beach whilst sipping my early morning tea or early evening Vino Verdhe. We will definitely be returning as there is still so much of the coastline to explore.

A £200 or 200 euro security deposit is required prior to access and is refundable when our management company has assured us that no damage has occured during your stay. Check in is 4pm and check out 10am (this may be flexible with prior arrangement). We will require a deposit of 25% to secure the booking, the 75% balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. The deposit is non refundable. No smoking in the apartment.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible, although Sat/Sun are preferable in July and August.
