Outside: Large south facing garden planted with typical Canarian flora. Private pool with large patio and bar area. Patio extends to side of property with enclosed rear garden. Contemporary chairs and tables for that alfresco dining experience. Loungers for use by pool for your comfort. High volcanic wall to ensure privacy. Canarian barbecue. Utility Room: Iron/Iron board, cloths line, high chair, Laundry basket. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linens are included (not beach towels). There is a weekly maid service. FAB VILLA-GREAT LOCATION

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in this fab villa over Christmas and New Year and had an amazing time. The villa itself was extremely spacious, clean and tidy with everything you could need land ideally located in a lovely quiet area. The main strip of numerous restaurants and bars are within a 15 min walk but we preferred the old part of town next to the marina-the restaurants were amazing with beautiful views over the sea. We really can't recommend this villa enough and hope to return soon. Many thanks to Nick and Stella for the use of your amazing villa and easy booking process.

Perfect villa in a perfect location

We were a group of 4 adults and 6 children staying in this villa for 10 nights in October. It was a great villa, really spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed, plenty of kitchen equipment and towels and bedding. Nick and Stella were great answering all emails prior to arrival and came in half way through the holiday to clean and change all the bedding. The villa was a 5 minute walk to the old town with its shopping centre, bus stops and lots of restaurants and bars and then a 5 minute walk to Lidl which had everything we needed for our stay. Hope to return again! Highly recommended!

Clean, spacious with loads of unexpected extras!

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and very spacious. There really is no need to leave the property (unless you run out of Sangria) as the kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the pool area is perfect for sunbathing with plenty of shade and outside dining space. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 children and the location was great for onsite and further afield amenities, walking distance to the Old Town and main front of P del C, bus stops, supermarkets and park. Nick and Stella were responsive to all requests and queries prior to arrival and Jane (contact on site) was attentive and obviously took pride in maintaining the overall standards of the property.

We will be back!

Fantastic Villa

Have just returned from a fabulous fortnights holiday at Villa Margarita, Villa was ideally located, very spacious, with a private pool area and a short stroll to both old town and Centro Atlantico areas of PDC. Fab Villa

Spent a great week in Casa Margarita, Villa was spotless very spacious and so comfortable and had everything you could possibly need a real home from home. Location was good some local shops and bars only a short 5-10 minute walk and main strip with all that and plenty more 10-15 minute walk. Great communication with the owners Nick and Stella very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend Casa Margarita for a fab holiday and hopefully be back soon.

Coast/Beach:

Lanzarote, the sun-kissed easterly island of the Canaries is claimed to be the most exclusive. The climate is dominated by North Eastern trade winds and the warm Gulf stream producing glorious summer temperatures all year round. The main resort is in the centre of the island and the most popular resort being Puerto Del Carmen with over 5km of golden sands, rocky divides and palm trees. Just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of central Puerto Del Carmen, Casa Margarita can be found.

Travel:

Our Villa is only 10 minutes taxi ride from Lanzarote Airport. Competitive car hire rates are available through Lanzarotes largest car hire company Cabrera Medina. Cars can be collected and returned to the airport.

Distances:

Casa Margarita is ideally situated in the exclusive area of Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen. Take a leisurely stroll from the villa and you will find sandy beaches ideal for snorkelling, swimming and scuba diving. Continue along the coastal road to the delightful, picturesque old town with its amazing variety of quality local and international restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the Biosfera shopping centre. Do not miss the fabulous Marina at Puerto Calero, just 3km away.

Further Details:

There is lots to see on the island - one of the main attractions is Timanfaya where you can go and have your lunch cooked from the heat of the volcano. We have literature in the villa giving information on all major attractions. Local sports include golf, sailing, scuba diving, waterskiing, climbing, windsurfing, cycling, tennis, hang-gliding, walking, parascending, horse riding, jet ski, go-karting, aqua park, sports complex, trekking, snorkelling, swimming, bird watching, flora and fauna, deep sea fishing to name but a few!
