The Stables is a 19th Century barn which has been converted and recently refurbished. It stands in the 3 acre grounds of Staunton House and has use of the garden, the astroturf tennis court and swimming pool. It comprises of 2 bedrooms
one double, and one single with room for one inflatable bed. In the sitting room
there is a small double sofa bed. One bathroom with bath and shower over the bath
with shower screen, wc and washbasin. A fully equipped kitchen/diner. Sitting room
with TV/DVD and Wifi.
We have lived at Staunton House for 22 years and during this time the place has changed a lot. we have completely renovated the main house and The Stables to provide very comfortable accomodation.
Richard and Rosie enjoy living in Herefordshire for its peace and tranquility. we enjoy the qualities of a retired life and look forward to welcoming you to our home.

happy memories of his childhood having been brought
up in this rural and unspoilt part of North West
When staying on the premises you will have access
to the heated swimming pool (end of May to beginning
of September) the use of part of the garden with
permission and likewise the astroturf tennis court.
Richard has first class knowledge about directing
prospective tenants to fish the trout and salmon
waters of the Wye & Usk Foundation.

Birmingham Airport is 1 1/2 hours away. Use of a car is recommended.
London is 3 hours away by car
The nearest large town of Leominster is 9 miles away. Hereford with its Cathedral is 15 miles, Ludlow with its historic castle and market is 11 miles and Hay-on-Wye which is home to the famous International Literary Festival is 15 miles away all with their many shops and restaurants.
The nearest town of Leominster has many shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks. Leominster is renowned for its large number of wonderful antique shops.

A 40% deposit is required on booking. The balance to be paid 4 weeks prior
to arrival. On bookings accepted less than 4 weeks prior to arrival the full
amount is then payable.
Changeover day is usually a Friday but this flexible. Arrival is after 4pm and departure 10.30am
