In the covered terrace there is a pool table and table football game as well as ping pong table. There is also dining and seating areas. Ideal for 2 families as each of the units are completely self contained with their own secure private driveways but share the large grounds. The property enjoys complete privacy with plenty of parking and is a short distance away from local restaurants. The Javea Arenal beach is blue flagged and has lots of restaurants with all cuisines A short distance is the Javea Golf Club with its challenging 9 hole Golf Course, Driving range, tennis courts and restaurant, all open to the public. The supermarket selling fresh produce is just a short drive away. Historic Javea old town and fishing port are a few minutes away by car and also have a great choice of restaurants and sights to see.

Coast/Beach: The property is 3km from Javea's Arenal blue flagged beach. This is a sandy beach offering climbing frames for small children and beach volley. At the other end is the port with its restaurants. The sea is suitable for surfing and boats of all kinds can be rented. Travel: Javea is equidistant from Alicante and Valencia airports, approx 1 hour and 15 minute drive. A large number of airlines service both airports. Car hire is abundant in both airports. Distances: Beach 3km. Moraira 10km. Denia 14km. Benidorm 45km. Terra Mitica (theme park) 48km. Aqualandia (theme park) 47km. Valencia 113km. Alicante 83km. Further Details: The villas are conveniently located to Javea, Moraira and Denia.The Arenal beach area and port in Javea have a lot of restaurants on the sea front which offer all kinds of food. There are restaurants within walking distance. The Historic Old Town of Javea is a must to visit with an indoor fish and vegetable market, there are lots of Tapas Bars in the narrow streets. There is a very good supermarket within close driving distance. Weekly markets are held in all the local towns and villages. If you enjoy walking there are 2 national parks in the area with stunning walks.There is also the Bernia Mountain range where you can walk up one side of the mountain, pass through a tunnel to the other side and complete your walk in a round trip. In January/February the area is famous for the almond blossom, which is a delight especially in the Jalon Valley where you can visit the Wine Bodegas to sample their produce. If you are looking for some culture Alicante and Valencia are within an hour of driving or you can take the train to either city. There are Theatres and an Opera House with a choice of visiting Ballet companies and orchestras.
