Apartment in La Cala de Mijas, Mijas Costa, Costa del Sol, Spain with Internet wifi and English tv - Peaceful Location 2 Min Walk To Beach And Other Local Amenities

Very spacious one bedroom apartment, with wifi, overlooking pool and garden for the sole use of the apartment block.

The pool has a shallow end, with steps for easy access to the water and there is plenty of space for sunbathing around pool and in the garden. There are folding chairs on the balcony for use around the pool. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with stairs or a lift. The apartment has easy access for wheelchair users.

It has a well equipped kitchen,with cooker, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, plates, bowls, cutlery and many more items.

The lounge has internet TV, DVD, radio, a sideboard with towels and bed linen, a dinning table with four chairs, a three seater sofa, an armchair, a double sofa bed with patio doors leading out to a spacious balcony with another set of table and chairs and a BBQ.

The bedroom has a super king size bed with bedside tables, a large set of drawers with a mirror over it and a large wardrobe with an iron, ironing board and a safe inside.

The bathroom has a shower over a small bath, bidet, sink, toilet and bathroom cabinet.

We continue to upgrade our apartment each year with new pillows, linen and towels, so you can be sure of a lovely stay.

The apartment is a two minute walk to the blue ribbon award beach, with beach bars and restaurants, specialising in fish dishes freshly caught from sea and a five minute walk to the centre of La Cala, where you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakers, banks and an internet cafe. This includes some of the best restaurants on the coast. Olivia's is the lastest 5 star addition to Lacala and has good food drink and entertainment. There is a market on Wednesday and Saturday.

La Cala is 25 mins drive from Malaga airport and there are many golf courses within 3km. La Cala is on the main bus route between Fuengirola and Marbella.

The apartment sleeps maximum of 4 people. The prices shown are for 2 people and a supplement of £25 per person is payable for an extra guests.

Hi I'm Patrick originally from Dublin, now living in Staffordshire, England with my wife Emma. We have owned the apartment in La Cala since 2004 and enjoy relaxing breaks ourselves in La Cala through out the year. We love the fact that when we get to La Cala we don't need a car as everything is in walking distance. La Cala is a beautiful tranquil Spanish village with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Over the last few years we have many clients returning for a second or even third stay, they likes our apt and location so much. We continue to maintain the apt to a high standard and have recently fitted 2 new air con units, one in the bedroom and one in the lounge area.

La Cala De Mijas is a beautiful well kept, old style Spanish village with everything you could want on a holiday within easy walking distance, so no need for a car.

The apartment is well maintained and regularly updated to ensure all equipment is in good working order. It is regularly described by guests as home from home, with all your home comforts, such as UK and Irish TV, a clean comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen.

What makes this apartment unique

We can walk to the beech in under two mins very handy if you want to pop back during the day to collect some cool refreshments from the fridge or even have some lunch.

If you arrive late we have a 24 hour petrol station nearby that sells all the basic items you may need.

Forgot your i phone charger? no problem apt comes with docking station.

If you like walking why not try our new board walk on the beech over 7 miles long right on the sea and you will pass many quaint little bars and restaurants on your way it's fantastic, we have walked it many times.

Notes on accommodation: This is a very quiet apartment suitable for very relaxing holiday and as such gets lots of repeat bookings because of its location you save a fortune on taxis also you can nip back to apt for a cool beer or sandwich in a minute. What more could you want! We have updated in May 2015 Internet tv with full sky package movies sport etc Outside: Balcony with table and chairs. Perfect Apartment

The best apartment I have ever stayed in on holiday. Everything that you would require is available in the apartment and more. The location is excellent only a couple of minutes down to the beach and a very short walk to various shops and restaurants. There are also a couple of bars and bakery adjacent to the apartment block. A Lidl is across the road. The apartment has a large balcony which gets the sun all day. This looks on to the gardens and pool area which is extremely well maintained. The apartment is in a quiet block and has Sky TV and all English channels available on the TV. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering going to La Cala De Mijas. I certainly would book if I am returning.

Great Apartment

Thank you Patrick! This was our third visit to La Cala and our favorite accommodation to date. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. It was close to some nice local restaurants, shops and just 10 mins walk from the beach. Paul collected us from the airport, which saved the hassle of waiting on a taxi and also helped with our luggage. I would highly recommend the apartment to friends/family.

Well equipped apartment in a lovely area of La Cala.

Our first stay in La Cala and myself, husband and 5yr old daughter can't wait to return.

The apartment was clean and well equipped in a lovely quiet part of La Cala. The block was close to some nice local amenities, bars, shops etc and a great children's park, but the heart of La Cala was only 10mins leisurely walk away. The bakery near to the park is gorgeous, we can highly recommend the carrot cake!

Paul picked us up from the airport and suggested a couple of restaurants, he helped us to the apartment with our bags and showed us round. The pool and whole block is also clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed some lovely seafood and tapas, which was all reasonably priced and the resort maintains a Spanish feeling despite the influx of tourists, this may be different in mid summer though.

All in all a fab holiday had by all.

Perfect apartment

Lovely spacious apartment it met all our needs and more.Buttibamba area is about 5 mins walk from centre of La Cala, there are also nice friendly restaurants on door step.Patrick very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any queries.Paul and Chrissie made us very welcome on arrival.Paul provided transport to and from airport which was great.Cannot fault would certainly return.

Great location, Great pool, spotless!

Found the apartment to be light and spacious. The balconey is large and has the sun for most of the day. The pool and garden area is very well maintained and never gets busy.(Feels more like a private pool) The beach and local shops are minutes away including the park, this is great for the kids! The adults can enjoy local Tapos and wine from a small bar on the grounds of the park while watching the kids have fun. We have been back several times to this apartment and highly recommend. We are going Three times in 2017 as the area is well suited to cater for all our family.
