Each apartment consists of an open plan fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances such as 4 ring hob, oven and grill, toaster, electric kettle. All the pots and pans are provided with the necessarily crockery and cutlery complete with a variety of serving plates and glasses for the desired food and drink. Full laundry facilities are available as each unit is equipped with its own washing machine, iron and board and a clothes/ laundry hanger/drier.
A 1 meter diameter dining table and 4 chairs is placed in the kitchen / living area in front of the patio door which leads to the balcony An outside / patio table and chairs are placed on the balcony for the early spectacular sunrise breakfast while watching the sun rising from east. or chilling down with a platter of delicatessen with your favourite glass of wine. A setee with a coffee table sets the place to relax indoors who prefer to sit down and watch the daily TV.or read the paper.
The Horizon Apartments are situated in ‘Mellieha Heights’, one of Mellieha's soaring ridges, approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre of Mellieha. This allows The Horizon Apartments to give its residents a peaceful environment and wonderful sea views.

Great apartment, clean, well equipped and with a fabulous view. David could not have been more helpful and managed not to laugh at me when I couldn't find the rather large pool on the roof or thought I had fused the apartment when it was, in reality, a power cut. He also offers a hire car service that looked a lot better than the dented scratched banger that we picked up from Thrifty cars at the airport. Can't recommend highly enough
Have just had a wonderful relaxing week in the lovely apartment in Malta. The apartment is situation right on the cliff edge with spectacular views over Mellieha Bay. The owner, David, has gone out of his way to help us arrange a smooth holiday, and it has been just perfect. From the taxi pick up from the airport, to arranging the hire car. Nothing has been too much trouble.
All this great service along with excellent value, plus air conditioning and a swimming pool to boot!!
Three very happy holidaymakers here. And will certainly check these apartments out, when we return to Malta in the future!!

Mellieha - is truly a destination for all seasons!
Mellieha is one of Malta's most picturesque tourist destinations. The town centre boasts of its splendid hotels, fine restaurants and traditional cute shops. It has a majestic baroque church (built in late 19th century) and various cultural organizations, including band clubs, sports clubs, an orchestra, various religious societies, a parish community centre and an environmental pressure group.
Other than the mentioned sites, Mellieha is also known for its wonderful and golden beaches that make it a unique holiday destination for many. Water Sports are one of the many activities that one can enjoy during their time here, along with Scuba Diving and Fishing. At night, walks on the beach is traditional and festivals organized by the Local Council are sure to be of enjoyment for everyone.
In Malta, feasts are a huge tradition and Mellieha's main festive season occurs in the first two weeks of September.

Ski: MELLIEHA is surrounded by numerous bays as Mellieha Bay also known as GHADIRA (sounds like aedyrae) is the islands longest sandy beach. there is a numerous water sports outlets operating from the shoreline. They offer a variety of activities and services inwatersports for everyones pleasure. this beach nearly reached a BLUE Flag status and the local council is realy working hard to obtain tis certification. A really family beach with plenty of facilities. Very easily accessable buy bus or on foot going down the hill.; 1.5 kms from the village centre!
ARMIER and LITTLE ARMIER are an other two small beaches situated in the Marfa Ridge facing Comino and Gozo. Less popular but nice and fairly busy in peak season like any other beach specially on week ends. More accessable by car. Save place for children.
PARADISE BAY a small and clean beach not suitable for the elderly or the infirm as a fairly awkward access to reach the beach. Recommended to the young at heart! A natural GEM
