There are many places of interest to visit in Goa including overnight safaris or visits to temples. Old Goa is the old colonial capital and has a strong Portuguese influence which is of historical interest including the tomb of St Francais Xavier in the world heritage site cathedral named after him. The vast Anjuna Flea Market is very colourful with 100's of stalls selling almost everything under the sun. In the centre is a large stage with all varieties of different acts on most saturdays throughout the season.
