Wing 2 has 5 bedrooms sleeping 10 and 2 additonal single sofa beds allowing up to 12 people to be accommodated in total.

The lovely rear garden has the added benefit of a hot tub available all year round.

Zip and link beds allow either single beds or large superking doubles in each double bedroom.

The 1908 Lodge is a row of three large Edwardian houses separated into Wings. Wing 1 sleeps 20, and Wing 2 sleeps 12 but can be rented along with the annexe to sleep an additional 9 guests. Internal connecting doors between the properties allow more than one to be rented together with a maximum sleeping capacity of 41 people. Large groups are welcome making the The 1908 Lodge perfect for hen and stag parties or larger family get together. The properties each have a private enclosed rear garden with hot tub.

£500 deposit required at time of booking, balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Additional damage deposit of £500 payable with balance and refunded within 7 days of departure as long as no breakages/damages have been caused.

Changeover Day:

Notes on accommodation: The Annexe has 3 double bedrooms and sleeps up to 9 and can be rented along with Wing 2 making the total capacity 21 (17 single beds and 4 single sofa beds). Internal adjoining doors allow the properties to be rented together with sleeping capacity for up to 41. Outside: Wing 1 has a very large rear garden and both Wings have ample garden furniture, BBQ's and a hot tub (Wings 1 and 2 only). Gardens are well maintained and completely private for sole use of each houses guests.

Stokes Bay Beach, Lee on Solent and Hill Head are all a short driving distance away, with Stokes Bay the closest and walkable in approx 10 minutes.

Travel:

Gosport is within easy reach of Portsmouth either by car on the M27 or by passenger ferry, a short 3 minute ferry ride across the Solent. Car hire is not essential. The nearest airport is Eastleigh, a 30 - 40 minute drive.

Distances:

Gosport town centre is approximately 500m away from the property with shops, pubs and cafes.

The property is located within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars and the town centre. There are 3 large supermarkets within a 5 minute walk of the property.
