A massive villa furnished to the highest standard standing in 12 acres of lush lawns and gardens it has to be seen to be fully appreciated & enjoys spectacular views from it’s massive lounge. Central log fire. Air-conditioning & central heating throughout. Fully fitted luxury kitchen with all amenities. Outside bar, heated swimming pool and spa. 2 BBQ areas, one down by the lakes with options for alfresco dining. All linen provided, weekly full clean as standard. Sunshine 300 days a year but the large lawns are kept green by a irrigation system. Safety gates prevents young children from accessing pool and lakes when unsupervised. On call bilingual maintenance staff always on call. Welcome pack provided for first evening meal and breakfast plus wine and beer. 10 minutes from the Volvo Masters golf course, beaches and supermarkets despite being totally secluded. High rate of repeat bookings. Ideal for large families or groups of friends. Outside catering available. Hi speed internet Wi-Fi plus UK TV Channels. Please note there is also a £500 returnable bond out of which all electricty charges are taken and any damages.

The reason we bought this property is that it is the only secluded valley along the coastline that is still in close proximity to the coast

we enjoy the secluded and private valley teaming with wildlife and yet only 10 minutes from the beach, supermarkets and excellent restaurants and bars.

Notes on accommodation: Outside: The outdoor heated swimming pool ensures a year round temperature of 28C, plus an outside spa, outside bar, 3 choices of terraces for alfresco dining, 2 brick-built BBQ’s. sun beds & pool towels provided, sandpit for the kids, badminton & volleyball area all in 12 acres of landscaped gardens, lakes with terrapins, ponds with fish & fountains and all from just £17 per person per night. Feel free to wander the grounds, pick your own lemons, oranges, avocados, pomegranates etc. You can play volleyball or badminton on the vast lawn Fed by rivers, wells and springs the grounds are watered every night with 100 tons of water being sprayed on to the grounds every night while you sleep to keep the tropical gardens is pristine condition. Totally secluded the property and it's grounds are fenced with entry via an electric gate to ensure your total privacy. The outside bar with a large refrigerator allows you to enjoy a cold drink day or night. Maintenance staff just a phone call away. Utility Room: Ironing board and iron , vacuum and cleaning equipment Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen & towels provided, Weekly clean and linen change for multiple week bookings. We have recently returned from 2 glorious weeks .

12 adults and a 2 year old

The grounds are spectacular ! The villa was lovely as well ,really spacious . We also had an added bonus with having Graham who is the caretaker living not too far away and he was a huge help.

All the family enjoyed the holiday.

Will remember picking fresh figs!

Leaving the secluded valley it is just a 10 minute car journey to the beach and beach bars. Four excellent restaurants are just 5 minutes away, The Forge has English owners. Supermarkets stock English products, we recommend “Mercadona” for value but there are also Aldi, Lidl and Supersol. When you visit Gibraltar there is a large “Morrisons” superstore.

Travel:

Both Gibraltar and Malaga are within easy reach and detailed directions along with phone contact numbers are provided to guide you to the property.

Booking Notes:
Rates include midweek clean for 2 week bookings, all bed linen and towels, electricity usage is metered at 21 Euro cents/unit and a £500 refundable security deposit is required. A Non Refundable Deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made in sterling or euros by BACS to either a UK or Spanish bank.

Changeover Day:
Saturday, check out at 10, check in after 4, in the high season. For other times of the year please check with owner on flexibility of check in/check out times and days.

Notes on prices:
A 1000 pound wedding event fee will be charged if the venue is used for a wedding or any other event with over 20 people, this fee only covers use of the venue, as we are not wedding planners and do not provide any extras for weddings. Out of respect for our neighbors we have a loud noise shut down time of 12 o'clock midnight. We also ask if any for of marquee is set up to please remove after three days to avoid damage to the gardens, all wedding stuff must be removed prior to checkout.
