The golf course and 5 star hotel & club house are nearby and include an excellent restaurant. The property has several sun terraces, and is set in pretty landscaped gardens with a large private pool to compliment the villa is that is stylishly furnished to a extremely high standard throughout and are equipped with every modern convenience to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Includes large screen TV with UK TV channels, BBC1, ITV ect, DVD Player & large selection of DVD's. Ample car parking outside the villa. Covered courtyard feature that includes a secluded barbecue and enclosed dining area. The property is all on one level, with 3 generously sized bedrooms. Wifi is available, local charges apply. As the airport is located only 15km away this is the ideal base to relax and enjoy all that the island has to offer.

Notes on accommodation: Pool heating is included in the rental rate (electric heater in winter months, solar cover year round). Air-conditioning, in all 3 bedrooms & living room, is available at a extra charge of £125 per week. Due to the facilities offered this property is not suitable for small children under the age of 5. We request that smokers do not smoke within the villa and use the outside area for this only. Car hire would be recommended to get out and about to explore & experience the island, but is not essential. We do not accept any liability for any loss or injury to you or members of your party during your stay. Outside: The detached villa is set in a large plot with several patio areas all set in established landscaped gardens. There is a large outdoor swimming pool which is cleaned twice weekly by a professional pool cleaner. The pool (heated in winter) is south facing and catches the sunshine from early morning until late in the evening. There is also an internal courtyard feature with BBQ. Utility Room: Washing Machine Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Bed linen & Bath towels are provided. For guests staying 10 nights or more a laundry change will be done halfway through your stay. The pool will be cleaned twice per week, by a professional pool cleaner. Other: There is a secluded internal patio area, ideal for alfresco dining. Several patios, 6 sun loungers & full sized table tennis table.

Excellent spacious villa

This villa is superb. It is very spacious and equipped and furnished to a high standard. The location is peaceful and not overlooked by any other properties. The swimming pool is a decent size (about 8 x 4 metres) and was nicely warm during our stay. The Wifi cost us 20 Euros (as we had been informed beforehand) and it worked okay for checking emails etc... The lounge area was comfortable with huge sofas and a large TV with UK channels and DVD player. There was also a good selection of reading books to enjoy. We know this estate (Campo de Golf) well having stayed here twice before but this is easily the best villa we have stayed in. Booking with Sian the agent was efficient and trouble-free and they allowed us to check out slightly later as our flight was not until the evening - we really appreciate that. All in all we enjoyed a lovely relaxing week in this fantastic villa and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

2 week stay in October 2016

Stayed for 2 weeks in Oct 2016. The party was 5 adults. Arrived late evening, first impressions were that the Villa was spacious internally & outside space was reasonable. On inspection the next morning, external furniture is old, worn & basic, 6 loungers (one ripped & unusable, another ripped during the stay, when contacted Property Manager, was informed that owner would be contacted for permission to purchase new equipment or one would be supplied from another property - it was the latter.....), no loungers on upper sun terrace, just 3 old chairs. Everyone was allocated one large & one small towel each (all appeared tired & worn), there were no hand towels in the 3 bathrooms or bathmats. Many cups available in Kitchen, but only 3 odd mugs, no plastic tumblers for use outside (privately purchased more towels, mugs & tumblers - reported lack of these utensils & fact that they had to be purchased - answer that this was our perogative). TV channels are abysmal in choice. Both main & en-suite bathrooms had badly leaking shower heads/hoses which meant really poor quality shower spray (this is something that has happened over a period of time & was not just co-incidence & should have been picked up along time ago, when pointed out, it was repaired/replaced the next day).

Outside space is ok, but could be so much better if upgraded like all other properties in close proximity. Good selection of DVD's & CD's for use. Pool was a good size.

To re-cap:- Villa has huge potential if upgraded externally (outside space & furniture) & maintained internally (fixtures & fittings). This would be a luxury Villa as claimed in the advert if the above was addressed. As it is, it was a disappointment.

Owner's Response: This detached property is one of the ' luxury sized ' villas with the largest plots currently available within the Fuerteventura Golf Resort Development. The villa owners visit the property at least twice a year to ensure the property is maintained to a high standard. NEW in November 2016, updated TV system to include BBC1,BB2, ITV ect, 6 Sun loungers.There is ample outdoor space, terraces & gardens, including sunny & shaded areas for relaxing & dining. The roof terrace is not mentioned on the property advert, hence no furniture being available on it. As standard one bath towel & one hand towel is provided per person, these are changed halfway through a stay when guests stay 10 nights or more. New towels where purchased in 2016. Any maintenance issues and individual requests are dealt with as quickly as possible when reported to the property manager. We try to cater for a wide range of clients, and have many happy guests that return year after year.

Nice spacious villa

A nice sized detached villa peacefully located between the 10th and 17th fairways. Not directly overlooked.

The villa is located on the edge of the Caleta de Fuste with the main centre, which has a good range of shops and restaurants, being about a 15minute flat walk away. However I would recommend a hire car as on a hot day this walk can be tiring.

It is under the airport's incoming flight path but we never found this intrusive, more interesting to see which airline companies were flying in.

The pool is a reasonable size, and quite warm. Not the biggest we have had or the warmest but OK nonetheless. With the Fuerteventura winds keeping it debris free can be a challenge but the cover does help this when it's not in use.

There are a few things which let the villa down and stop it getting a 5 star rating in our eyes.

1)The first is the poor TV reception. Sky News signal is non existence and the only channel which worked with any consistency was CNN. I know you don't go on holiday to watch TV but when a Villa advertises itself as having a large TV with satellite channel you do expect it to be useable in this day and age of high tech.

2) The Wi-Fi is not free, and the usage fee charged is extortionate. With so much free Wi-Fi about these days we chose not to use it especially as we were unsure whether it came in via the same satellite dish as the TV signal.

3) Overall the villa felt a bit tired and in need of some TLC e.g. kitchen knives were all rusty, towels old and crispy, water pressure different all over the villa with distance of travel seemingly having no bearing, glass partitions in bathroom either missing or broken and covered with masking tape presumably due to sharp edges, a bed base was broken, a number of lights bulbs had blown before we arrived and had not been replaced, fags butts from previous occupants stubbed out in BBQ and flower pots.

Overall it is a nice villa, but it just that it could be a really great one.

Owner's Response: The swimming pool is a generous 9m x 4m, so larger than most of the private pools in the golf course resort. The TV has many English language channels, including movies & sports, it is not a sky system. Wifi is charged at 15 Euros for 1 week, 20 euros for 2 weeks, it is payable directly to the 3rd party provider. The glass panel in the bathroom is being repaired (Sept 2015). None of the points raised where pointed out at the time of stay, which is a shame as they could have been resolved.

Lovely Villa

Had a good holiday in this beautiful, well furnished and equipped Villa. Very spacious with good facilities. Warmest pool we have ever had. The internet connection was poor and TV had a poor selections of channels. However we were fortunate with the weather and spent much time outside. Our party consisted of 3 generations and we all agreed it was a great holiday.

Fuerteventura is home to some of the best white sandy beaches in the world. In Caleta de Fuste there are 2 main beach areas, the main resort is just a 5 min drive away. Here there are a host of attractions including boat trips, windsurfing, and diving. The second beach is in front of the Atlantico commercial centre and 5 star Sheraton Hotel. Along the coast line you will find a host of other activities including kite surfing, or a small cove just to explore and relax or enjoy a coastal stroll.


Airport 15 minute drive. 15 euros (approx) in a taxi. Car hire is widely available and is recommended.

Caleta de Fuste is centrally located and just a short drive from the airport, making it a perfect destination for an enjoyable holiday for families and couples. Easy to access resorts such as Corralejo and El Cotillo in the north which are accessible by local bus, and Costa Calma and Jandia in the south where you would need to drive by car. You will find a host of activities on the island, with quad bikes, trikes, go carting, a host of water sports available locally. There is also a large zoo and camel safari in the village of La Lajita a great hit with all the family, and water park in Corralejo for those more adventurous. If you want to visit more than one island on your holiday, then hop over to the island of Lanzarote that is easily accessible by regular ferry boat.
