Why Mark White chose Puerto de Pollensa
After vowing to never visit the same holiday location more than once we fell in love with the Pollensa area and came back every year for the 5 years (often more than once a year) and decided we would like to own a property there. We first became interested in the Pollentia Mar. development due to its prime location when it was still in the planning phase and this year an opportunity arose to finally own an apartment here. We don't like rowdy high rise resorts, so Puerto Pollensa was ideal with its traditional Spanish restaurants and low rise buildings and is incredibly family friendly, with lots of interesting places to visit just a short journey away.
What makes this Apartment unique
The location is ideal for a short stroll down to the beach to sunbathe, or in the evening to sit harbour side watching the boats with a bottle of wine and no worries about having to drive or get a taxi back to the apartment.

Apartment/balcony no sun. No sunbeds by the pool despite advert showing two
it was tastefully furnished and clean with good mattresses. Insufficient hot water and no sun. Very secure but unsociable evening behaviour in park below
Hi Frances, thanks for your feedback. Re. the sun loungers, as the apartment block is private residential there are no communal loungers by the pool, but we do provide loungers that you can take down to the pool which we keep in our laundry area, it has been known for them not to be returned by clients, so if they were not there we apologise for that and we will replace them. Re. The hot water, we had to replace our old boiler for a more energy efficient one, in order to get the energy certificate required for a tourist license. We have now reviewed the water boiler situation and found that although it is energy efficient, it really isn't good enough for a family of four coming home from a day on the beach. As a result we have just had a second water heater installed alongside the existing one, to ensure that there is sufficient hot water for everyone. Thanks for pointing this out.
PP birthday trip
Lovely clean modern apartment! Close to beach, bars & restaurants! Air con not working but was okay! Kettle broke but another was delivered to the apartment!! Defo use again FAB!!

This apartment is a brilliant find. Super comfy beds and a great location for pinewalk, cafes and bars and kids entertainment. Mark and Lindsey were easy to communicate with and check in was seamless. 5 stars!
Great apartment in centre of Puerta Pollensa
This apartment is the best we have stayed in. It is central, spacious, very well cared for, fully equipped and has two en suite bedrooms. Above all we would recommend for the very comfortable beds.
We will definitely book again.
Just back from a lovely week in Porto Pollensa. Apartment was spotless and had everything we required. Location is brilliant - easy to get to the boardwalk, beach and shops.

50 metres flat walk to the beach and nearby promenade and restaurants.
A short walk to the other side of the harbour where watersports (windsurfing etc.) are also available on a mile long sandy beach with shallow access into the sea, ideal for young children.
Palma airport is a 45 minute drive away and the apartment has secure, free, underground parking for those with a hire car or need Bike storage. Public transport from Palma, or private transfers are available, alternatively our property maintenance provider can arrange airport transfers or hire cars, please contact us for details.
Note. Chargeable blue zone parking areas have been introduced, so our free underground parking may save hire car users money on their holiday.
The historic old town of Pollensa is just 3 miles away with its narrow medieval streets, town square and restaurants and for the more energetic the 365 Calvari Steps (one for every day of the year).
Drive one mile north and you will be on the mountain roads of Formentor with stunning views and tucked away beaches.
For those who like things a little busier, Alcudia is just 6 miles away.
The apartment is in the centre of the small town of Puerto Pollensa which means that you have shops, banks, restaurants, bars and the beach on your doorstep. For those of you who want a relaxing holiday with no driving you could easily spend the whole week here without needing to drive.
The beach, just a short walk to the other side of the harbour, has a full range of activities for those of you not content to sit on the beach and relax, windsurfing, pedaloes and banana boats etc. are all available during the main holiday season.
