Outstanding 5* barn conversation

This is our second visit to this amazing barn in a lovely rural village of Lothersdale. It is situated about 10 mins from Skipton were you will find a vast range of shops, restaurants and pubs. There are also lots of lovely walks you can do from the barn. There is pub over the road (2 minute walk from barn) it was closed on our visit for a refurbishment should be open in next few weeks. Everything about this barn is 5* from wood burner and under floor heating in every room a real bonus. Nothing is to much trouble for owners Keith and Susan.

We are so pleased to have found this gem so much so have booked for next October.

We highly recommend it.

Surely one of the best Bronte Country locations

Susan was very friendly. The house was very comfortable and clean. We slept well in the beds. It was great to have 3 bathrooms- one downstairs. I loved the house so much we intend to go back.

It was a pity the pub in the village was closed for refurbishment- hope it's open next time. There are lots of places to visit in the surrounding area. Skipton is very close with lots of shops. Lots of historical sites to visit- and our daughter was delighted with our visit to the former home of the Bronte family.

hidden gem

Lovely renovation of a barn, everything tastefully done with quality timber work.plenty of storage space, very quiet area, no traffic noise and just the place to relax. I would certainly go again, and the only negative comment I would make is, because my partner has bad arthritis the wooden stairs were not ideal, but I did mention that to Keith.

If you don't have a problem with the stairs the barn is superb and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Beautiful barn conversion

This is the third time that we have stayed at Beckside Barn and we had another fantastic holiday here. The barn is in a lovely location with plenty of walks nearby and the Yorkshire Dales and Skipton are a short drive away. The accommodation is very spacious and well maintained, and includes everything you would need to make it a home from home. The owners are very welcoming and helpful and there were books provided by the owner of walks and other things to do in the area. We will definitely return for another holiday here and would recommend this property to others.

Short lets will be considered (min. 3 days) can only be booked 2 weeks before stay, a part from winter breaks booked any time - prices on request.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 90 days before arrival date.
