About Steve Cobbold
This property has been owned by ourselves for the last 9 years, and as we have our own pub/restaurant and being in our early 50's this is an ideal place to escape to when there is a space for availability, with its all year round sunshine and warm temperatures we fell in love with the island, hotel and unique surroundings. We spruce up the decor on each occasion that we visit to keep the maintenance bills to a minimum, and to leave the apartment as presentable as possible and to the standard that we feel should be provided. We are certain that if you visit this property you too will feel as we do.

We bought this property because it is within walking distance to the beach, has excellent security and assistance from staff, is very efficiently run and has all the amenities that you require to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The pools are expertly maintained to the highest standard and the sunbathing area around the pool has extremely adequate sunbeds. There is also a rooftop bathing area as well above the pool bar and restaurant. Immediately outside the hotel are numerous bars and very good quality restaurants at very affordable prices. It is also within easy walking distance(approx 15 mins) of Siam Theme and Water park,n and also the long established Aqua Park.

This property is convenient for all that you would wish for in a holiday, it is well established and much sought after. Holiday makers return year after year because of the excellent service, location, and the surrounding bars, restaurants and the beautiful views. Spacious apartment with a fabulous balcony
Stayed with three friends for a week in April and I must say that overall we found this to be a fine size apartment with great views from the huge balcony. Steve was very prompt in any dealings I had with him. There are however a few things that I feel could do with some attention. It needs to be pointed out that in one of the bedrooms the two single beds have been replaced by a small double bed. I ended up on the couch as we were a party of four women. Not ideal. The wardrobes in both bedrooms could do with an upgrade as we all found them very hard to open and close. Lastly while we found the apartment at first glance to be clean we all felt that it could have really done with some more attention. In saying all of that we found this to be a good apartment with a huge balcony in a very good location.

Excellent apartment - Great location
Myself and 2 friends recently spent 1 week in this excellent apartment. Location is great, 2 minute walk to the beach front where there are many restaurants/cafes to get good meals throughout the day. A supermarket directly opposite, stocks everything you would need for your stay. There are more very good restaurants on the street below the apartment, Hawai & Amandas both highly recommended. The apartment is a very good size, very clean and bath towels provided, with 2 twin bedrooms, a lounge with a pull out double sofa bed. The kitchen area is within the lounge and there is a table and chairs to sit and eat if you wish. Both bedrooms have doors opening onto the balcony, which is a great plus. 1 room has a secure key locking safe for you valuables. The kitchen area is well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glasses and all the utensils you need if you should wish to cook. We also used the washing machine, very handy. The usual toaster, microwave, fridge freezer are supplied too. An air conditioning unit sits in the lounge and is easy to operate. The TV shows some English channels. The balcony is amazing, it's huge and has great views of the mountains on one side and the harbour on the other. Sunloungers are there if you want to relax, as well as another table and chairs.

We have just returned from our holiday. Everything was perfect. The location is ideal. The apartment is spacious, clean, has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The balcony is a plus with breathtaking views and sunbeds. Steve makes booking simple and easy. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, this visit was our 5th and have already booked for next year
A great apartment with everything you need.
This a great apartment for a home from home holiday and in a great location certain things need updating but all in all spot on ,the balcony is huge and has sun from mid day till 8 in the evening and is spotless clean with plenty of sunbeds.The owner was very easy to deal with and there is a good support team if you need any help. The beach is 3 minutes away and there is a great choice of resturants and bars just outside the hotel but you dont get any noise from them.you wont be dissappointed.
Fantastic sea views with huge balcony
Just returned from a 2 week stay at Steves only negative is that we had to come home lovely apartment spacious and clean and the balcony was fantastic good location with plenty of bars left or right and steve is very helpful have booked to return again next year
5 mins walk to picturesque Porto Colon marina and beach and Fanabe beach each just a short distance on. There is a coastal walk to Las Americas and Los Cristianos with bars and restaurants on route. There is a wide range of water sports and activities available at both beaches. The beaches have an array of seafront bars, shops and restaurants.
Tenerife sur Airport is a 20 minute ride away in a taxi.

Booking Notes: It is recommended that you book as far in advance as possible as this apartment is much sought after. A non refundable deposit is required at time of booking, and a small damage security deposit required with balance. This security deposit is refundable. All prices are in GBP pounds sterling. Changeover Day: Days of arrival and departure are flexible.
