About the property

THE APARTMENT: Apartment in conil for 6-8 people in the center of conil. It is located on a pedestrian street which makes it very quiet place to stay, but at the same time, easy access to everything, beach, entertainment, etc. If you want to find the location on google map, it is on Flower Street.

BEACH: The beach teneis 350 meters, leisure areas 150 meters, supermarket and garage 200 meters, in short, perfectly located.

ROOMS: It has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds of 135 and 2 sofa beds in the living room for up to 8 people, although they are recommended to be more sleeps 6 less comfortable. The cuisine is American, complete type, with everything you need to make dishes, cooking, etc ... microwave, toaster, blender, gas cooker, pressure cooker, and all the necessary utensils.

ROOF WITH SEA: From the rooftop you can enjoy an exceptional view of conil of the border, as this apartment is the highest in conil in this area, so you can see the whole beach and the village of conil . There are tables and chairs on the roof to enjoy lunch or dinner on that roof. Although the roof is shared with another apartment (2 in total), we had no problems in sharing it, because just making groups with holiday makers of both apartments.

PARKING: If you also want to know nearby areas, and given the difficulty of parking in conil in high season, we have garage for several cars, with a price of 10 euros per car per night for 1 car, and 16 euros for 2 cars , in case you are traveling in several cars you may have the option of letting them all. The parking is about 200 meters away. In high season it is more than advisable to take the parking as it is difficult to move and park.

INTERNET: There is internet wireless high speed.

OCCUPATION AND TIMETABLE: We rent for individual days, not being necessary take weeks or fortnights, that if the price goes down how many more are caught days, and rises enough if it is only on weekends, therefore, for weekends it is advisable it is for groups of 8 people. In high season is usually rented for maximum occupancy, ie, 6 to 8 people (and costs about the same for 6 to 8), so if you are less than 6 people, better try your luck accommodation for that maximum occupancy .

Apartamento muy bien equipado, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y comodidades. Tv muy grande, aire acondicionado, horno, microondas, lavadora, plancha, etc.

La presión y la temperatura del agua genial.

Y todo esto al lado en una excelente zona. Al lado de la playa y de zona de pubs.

Conil 2014 unas vistas hermosas !!!

Pasamos unos días geniales el piso es perfecto muy espacioso , muy buena presión de agua llega muy bien a todas las áreas de la caza, calefactor muy grande para ducharse varias personas sin problemas. No lo duden para pasar unas semanas es ideal esta equipado con todo lo que necesitas!!!

The apartment is located in a pedestrian street with no traffic. She just pass by people living in that street which is very quiet, but at the same time, the area of ​​pubs, clubs, supermarkets, is very close (all within 300 meters).
