House in Magalas, Beziers, Languedoc-Roussillon - Quiet Location On The Edge Of The Village With Views Over The Surrounding Countryside
About Margaret Speakman
My husband and I bought the property in 2005 along with our daughter and her husband. We live in Lancashire. Since buying the house we visit as often as work will allow and have had many happy family holidays here. Each season brings new delights and our two grandchildren enjoy the house as much as we do.

Why Margaret Speakman chose Magalas
We all fell in love with our beautiful holiday home in this traditional French village. There are all the necessary amenities available within walking distance including a selection of 3 restaurants in the centre of the village. It is centrally situated for beaches, mountains, lakes and rivers.
What makes this House unique
The property provides a comfortable and spacious open plan living area and 3 good sized bedrooms, driveway and garden area to both front and rear. The terrace area at the rear of the property provides stunning views of the vinyards and mountains beyond, and we enjoy having BBQ's on the terrace and sitting out watching the beautiful sun sets in the evening and then admiring the bright starry skies.

We had a wonderful family holiday here. There is something for everyone with fabulous beaches, beautiful historical villages to explore, go-karting track just 5 mins drive away etc.
The house is lovely, a real home from home. Lovely sun terrace at the rear of the property looking out over vin yards. We thought the house was in an ideal location and all round great value for money!
